chapter 4

Y/N's pov.
The last thing I remember was passing out, not knowing why or where I was. I wake up in Eren's arms on the bed and mikasa by my side holding my hand against her face as if she was crying. I let go of her hand and place it on her cheek. "What's going on?" I chuckle. She looked at me and before I could say anything else she gripped both me and Eren in her arms. Eren looked just as surprised as she was and brought me into his warm embrace as well. "How long was I out?" I ask burring my face the crook of Eren's neck and rapping my arm around Mikasa. "About 2 days," Eren said between sobs.

Eren's pov
It's been two days since Y/N passed out by the lake. I was starting to think she wasn't going to make it, she had to eat soon. She was going to starve. Me and Mikasa would stay with her every spare second we had, Armin didn't want to see her like she was so he stayed out of it. I was on the bed with Y/N laying her head on my chest with my arms around her and mikasa sat in the chair beside her bed. I hear a voice "What's going on?" At first I thought it was Mikasa but before I could spit a reply at her she flung her body at Y/N and I sobbing into her shirt. It was then I realized it wasn't Mikasa speaking at all. I wrap my arms around both Y/N and mikasa and cried into Y/N's hair and she burried her head in my neck, "How long was I out?" She questioned me smiling. "About 2 days." That's all I could say.

I heard a knock at the door before it flung open, "jaeger, hows...." i hear the corpral begin. "She's awake?" Was that.... happiness? From the corpral. He quickly changed his mood. "L/N you have two days to recover your strength for the days you've lost before I want you back on the front lines." He said, matter of factly. Y/N pulls herself away and nods at the captain. "I-I'm sorry sir." Y/N Stutters, bearly more than a whisper. I don't think in all my life I have ever met anybody as cute as Y/N. I look at her beautiful flushed face before looking back up to levi. HE WAS BLUSHING?! I swear if he goes anywhere near Y/N... I couldn't let this happen, I needed Y/N in my life and she couldn't be taken by the captain! "It's fine, just get some rest. Ackerman, get her some food." He orders. Good, me and Y/N can be alone for a while... No! Eren what Awre you thinking, you can't fall in love...
