Amy's POV

For a few months, I stayed in America, hidden from everyone. They all think I am dead. Marcus has taken over to give me some space.

I needed it but now am back.

I knock on the door of 221B Baker Street. I bet Sherlock will flip out but I hope he gets over it. I have decided to choose him over James. I killed his brother. I don't know if Sherlock will want me but I will finally admit why I left?

The door opens to the landlady, she screams and I push her inside and shut the door. "Calm down, please."

Jade and John both come downstairs and their eyes widen. They don't say anything. "Maybe I should come back."

John says, "no." He is a mess. He engulfs me in a hug.

"I'm sorry John. You, Jade and Sherlock need to know that I am sorry."

John breaks down when I say Sherlocks name. I look at him confused. John says, "you don't know."

"Know what?"

Jade pulls me upstairs and sits me in Sherlock's seat before telling me about his death and James. I can't hold it in and tears stream down my face. He will never know.

Jade says, "know what?"

"I was going to tell him that I choose him over the other one."

John says, "what?"

"Okay, the reason I left is because I was developing feelings for both of them and I didn't want them to develop feelings for me because then I would be in the middle. Although, I think I was too late for both of us but it doesn't matter, because his dead."

John asks, "which one?"

"Sherlock of course. Sherlock make me see that people out there are nice. James taught me about playing games. I didn't know what to do."

John hugs me, "shush, we will get through this. Together."

"I don't want to be a burden."

Jade says, "you won't be. You can stay with us."

"you sure."

John says, "yes, your not leaving again."

I nod.

Its been three months and John is going on a date tonight. I'm happy for him, Jade has a boyfriend and his coming over. I don't leave my room. I am an idiot for not telling him.
