I couldn't get a wink of sleep. I kept tossing and turning. Something was bothering me. I couldn't pin what it was but damn thing caused me to get dark circles.
School was interesting. Sungsik made a new friend during PE while playing basketball. Thankfully, most of the time we get to choose whichever activities we wish to do.
At PE Jikwan, Somin, and I are tossing a football back and forth
Somin: Ah~ the air is so crisp today. I don't understand why you don't like the outdoors Yoonae.
Me: The outdoors are fine when it's room temperature, they're are no bugs, and it's indoors.
Jikwan: I agree about the no bugs part.
Me: Exactly.
Somin: So Ji, how's it going with Sungsik?
Jikwan: Ugh, don't remind me of my failing attempts.
Me: Attempts? I don't see you making any effort to show him how you feel.
Jikwan: I am too. He is just so caught up in liking you to notice.
Me: I wish things were different.
Jikwan: No kidding.
Somin: I'm sure everything will work out.
Ooooo, do you guys want to hang out at the mall this weekend?? I've been saving up my allowance.
Jikwan: Not sure. My parents want me to go to some dinner party to show off what a "lovely daughter I am."
Somin: I'd say it must be nice to come from a rich family that owns their own company, but you're always under pressure to uphold the family name it must suck. Poor Ji →°←
Me: Ha, poor Ji. That's an oxymoron.
Jikwan: Your a moron.
We all start laughing.
Sungsik walks up with a tall boy with a built structure that I've never seen before.
Sungsik: Ladies, I'd like you all to meet my new bud, Kaoki Hirahara. He's here all they way from Japan. We've been shooting hoops and he's pretty cool.
Jikwan: Nice to meet you. Choi Jikwan.
Me: Nice to meet you. Min Yoonae.
Somin: I bet you're pretty cool. You look cool. I'm Kang Somin, pleasure to meet you.
He began eyeing Somin with a smirk. She giggled and blushed.
Sungsik: Well, I doubt you two will have any problems getting along.
Somin: You know, we were just talking about going to the mall this weekend at 3. Sungsik, how about you and Hirahara join us? It'll be funnn~
Hirahara: Sounds great. Expect me there.
Somin: Yay!!
Sungsik: Awesome! Good talk girls, but we'll be going back now. I have to crush him in a rematch.
Somin: Good luck both of you!!
Jikwan: I'm sure you'll win Sungsik. See ya.
Me: Bye you two.
Sungsik and Hirahara left.
Somin: Woooowwww, did you see that guy?! He's sooo handsome 😍 And I think he's interested in me too.
Jikwan: He def is. I mean, he checked you out.
Me: I'm excited for you Somin.
The bell rings
I am back in class. What happens from there is pointless and unimportant. Ji and Sungsik ate lunch with us today. I wondered what Taeyong was doing next door. Who does he eat lunch with? Does he even have other friends than me??? I don't think I've ever seen him hang out with anyone in particular. What a loner. I HAVE to tease him about this.
