We kept listening to the radio as the rest of them swam. Alice brought out lunch about an hour after we turned on the radio. It was bacon an turkey sandwiches with lettuce and tomato. Of course, Claire didn't like it. Everyone else loved it.
"So when are we making that video about the car crash and Kelly?" Carter took a bite of his sandwich.
"Whenever you guys want to," Nash replied.
"Why don't we get changed and then do it."
We all went to go and change. I put on a pair of basketball shorts and a Magcon sweatshirt. I stop kept my hair up and redid my makeup.
We went upstairs to Taylor's room. Nash set his camera on Taylor's dresser and we all crowded around Taylor's bed.
"So, we all know about Kelly," Nash motioned to me. I waved, "Most people dislike her because... I don't know why. But everyone knows about the car crash that Taylor, Cameron, Kelly and I were in."
He looked at me, assuming I should talk.
"Um, well the other day, Magcon was over and I was going to Taylor's house with the three of them. We were still going to the Dallas airport to get Taylor's car and he was going really fucking fast and I told him to slow down. So this guy didn't put his turn signal on to get on the exit and we slammed into him. So basically I jammed my leg into the glovebox and broke it in three places," I lifted my leg. Taylor smacked my butt. I laughed, "Stop. So I in a ton of pain. I looked over and saw Taylor was out and his leg and wrist were all messed up. Then I looked behind me and saw that Cam and Nash were out too. So I called 911 and told them to bring an ambulance. Then the car's front caught on fire... So I unbuckled Taylor and moved as fast I could around to his side and I kinda like dragged/ carried him to the side of the road. Then I kinda ran back to the van and like threw Cam's door open and got him out. Then I got Nash out. The fire was in the fucking backseat now. But I got the trunk open and got their shit out. Then I helped the other guy out. Then I sat next to Taylor and kinda cried until they came. Then I was out and woke up in the hospital with a nurse standing over me. I was really scared so I got up and made sure you guys were okay," I motioned to the three of them. They all had tears in their eyes, "Hamilton and Cameron only had oxygen masks on but when I got to Taylor I fucking broke. I cried and then he woke up and motioned to his bed and I cuddled him and fell asleep," I was talking extremely fast, "and I lowered his heart rate. Then the next day we could check out, and they were in wheelchairs and on like laughing gas or something because they were psychotic. I have footage," I held up my phone, "Like Taylor just laughed at me when I asked where the Rover was when we were in the airport parking lot. That was that. We made it back home and obviously we made it okay."
"So Kelly basically saved our asses," Cameron said as a tear rolled down his cheek.
"Kelly's saved our asses too," Jack G. motioned to himself and Jack, "the hunting thing. We were out hunting two years ago and I didn't see this other hunter. So we I guess ruffled the leaves and the hunter thought we were a deer, and he like aimed at me. So Kelly tripped me backwards just before the hunter shot me. Then there was also the time Jack was drowning and he saved her at that one lake."
"So you've saved five lives and you aren't even eighteen yet," Matt said in disbelief.
"You assholes make me look like WonderWoman," I chuckled, "Where's Dillon and Claire?"
"Still outside," Taylor was still silently crying. I kissed him on the cheek.
All of the boys one by one kissed me on the cheek.
"So I hope this changed your opinion on Kelly," Nash had a stray tear on his cheek. I wiped it off of his cheek. We came in for a big group hug. Then Nash took the camera and cut the film.
