She looks around the room frantically, trying not to let her imagination get to her.

Closing her eyes for the thirteenth time, actually wanting to get some more rest, but, nothing.

There was a little noise coming from outside, and she curled up into a ball.

'Please keep me safe, I need Michael. Where is Michael!' her mind shouted inside of her.

The most thing she fears at this moment, is that her dad would come in, attack her, and leave her body just laying there. She can see it too, which adds more paranoia then in the beginning. Each time she imagines her dad slashing that knife across her body, she whimpers, tears soon spilling over.

'No, Michael wouldn't let that happen to me, he is my friend. He'd come for me.' she calms down just a little, sitting up in bed a little.

In the corner of her eye, she sees a small device, blinking.

A cell phone.

'Michael must of left this.' getting up to retrieve the small thing.

20 new messages, from Lukey.

She touches the screen, sliding it across, and puts it up to her ear.

"Hey, Caitlynn," it is Michael's voice. "I left my cell here, so if you need to call me or anything, I'm just a call away, my password is easy, i changed it just for you, it is 4444, so call me anytime, and I'll be waiting. Have a good sleep, bye."

She smiled, knowing that he would be there for her.

She didn't know if she should call him right now, or later in the morning, since it is 3:02 am. He wouldn't like that.

Deciding to crawl back into bed, she opened up his cell, and looked over his pictures.

He has a lot of them of himself, they boys, and other girls, who look about 14,15. His funny face made her giggle, because he took out his tongue, and she adored that. His smile in a few of them, made her insides go all funny, and she squirmed a little.

About to look at the next photo, Lukey is showing on the screen, and she slides to answer.

"Hello? Is that you, Caitlynn?" Micheal's voice sounded on the other end.

"Hey! What are you doing up so late?"

"I can't really sleep, to worried about you, I guess." he mumbles.

"I'm okay, I got a little scared though."

"Oh?"

"I feel like my dad is going to find me here, and kill me, like he was going to do. I'm so scared." she sniffles a little.

"I won't let that happen, not in a million years. You're going to here, with us." he re-assured.

"Okay." she bit her lip, smiling.

"Can I just face time you?"

She made her face look funny, not like anyone would see it, but you would tell she didn't know what the hell he was talking about.

"I'm going to video call you, turn on your side lamp." and he hung up.

She did what she was told to do, and  waited to see what this face time was.

Soon, Luke's contact photo was on the screen, and she answers, and is replaced my Micheal's beautiful smile.

"Hey." he gently said.

"Hey." she blushed.

His messy hair, that was multiple colors, sat on his head, and he looked like he just woke up, or over tired, all cuddly in his queen size bed.
