Annabeth's POV

We all stood there gaping at what we saw, a demigod who was considered a hero had just turned villain and jumped into Tartarus, no, swan dived Into Tartarus.  Then a scared booming voice was heard as Zeus requested all of the campers to go back to the camps and train.  "Annabeth Chase, you are in charge of training the campers further incase of a future attack."  I didn't acknowledge him at all, I was still trying to piece everything that happened together.  Her eyes grew at the realization.  'No one knows it was my fault.'  She then broke down into tears right on the floor in front of everyone.  Athena shrunk and walked up to her and comforted her.

"It's okay Annabeth, it's not your faul-"  Athena was cut off by Aphrodite who was completely enraged.

"You are wrong Athena, it is completely her fault, I felt the disturbance before it happened, I felt Percy's heart shatter.  And you!"  She shouted pointing over to Poseidon.  "You are the one who put the cherry on the cake by disowning him, the moment you said that I felt all affection leave his heart, you are just as much to blame for this as she is."  Everyone in the whole room was quiet after this, the accusations causing an air of anger and sadness.  Zeus spoke up first.

"We don't have time to argue, we need to be preparing for an attack.  Everyone, back to your camps, and prepare for the worst."  Zeus snapped his fingers and all of the campers were teleported back to their camps except for Annabeth.  "Annabeth Chase, for being the initial cause of this, I should punish you."  Annabeth just looked up at Zeus with an accepting gaze, until Zeus said, "But we need you now so until after the war you will be training in combat with the gods."

Annabeth didn't know what to say, so she voiced her feelings.  "Why don't you just punish me?  Just kill me or something, please."  But Zeus just looked at her with his scowling face.

"That is because you are now currently the most skilled fighter in Olympus, we will need you to be ready to fight when the time comes, but of course that doesn't mean you will be given luxury, you will stay in the dungeon in the basement of the palace, I will send you there now to rest."  He snapped his fingers and Annabeth was teleported to the dungeon.  He then turned back to the rest of the gods.  "All of you return to your domains and get anyone who follows you ready for battle."  With that all of the other gods had disappeared, and Zeus was alone, he muttered under his breath.  "I hope we have enough time to prepare."

Percy's POV

After falling for what felt like eternities Percy was finally able to see the black sand beaches.  He fell very ungracefully and landed on his butt.  After getting up an looking around he saw he was face to face with the Minotaur.  the Minotaur looked him over and then smiled.  "Percy, that was amazing!"  The Minotaur came up and hugged me, and I felt royally confused.  Then the Minotaur shouted "Hey everyone, the VIP is here now."  They looked around and saw monsters of all kinds running up to them, I expected to be torn to shreds, but was met with friendly praise and a few questions.  I raised my hands and they quieted down.

"I have two questions, question number one, how am I able to understand what you guys are saying, and question number two, why aren't you guys trying to tear me to shreds?"  All of the monsters laughed at my comment like it was one of the stupidest they had heard.  Arachne stepped up next.

"The reason you can understand us is because you were banished this time, only gods and those that are banished can understand us.  The answer for your second question is-"  She was cut off by the minotaur who wrapped an arm around Percy.

"Because we watched the whole thing, it was live broadcast to one of the rivers down here, and you held your ground against the gods, that was just plain awesome to watch."  I couldn't help but smile at the monsters who were treating me as their friends, even though I had killed most of them a couple of times.  "Hey, we want to take you to Tartarus, he has been wanting to talk to you the most."  I inwardly wondered what the primordial would want with me and nodded to then showing I was ready to go.  We walked for a few hours talking when we encountered a castle.  Only me and the Minotaur, whose name I figured out was Taurus, entered since none of the other monsters wanted to go.  We walked through the halls until we came to a dark painted set of double doors.  The Minotaur let me go in as he stayed outside.  I walked in to see an old man with purple skin sitting on a throne of black iron.  The man smiled as I entered.

"Perseus my boy, that was a great performance."  He shouted in a proud voice and I bowed thanking him.  No need to thank me my boy, as a matter of fact, I have a gift for you, the gift is the powers of a Primordial."  I stood there in shock at what he said, He was saying he could give me these powers, but I wasn't buying it.

"What's the catch?"  I asked and his eyes dimmed and his smile turned from one of pride to one of humility.

"I need you to fade me, so I can will my powers to you."  I just stood their shocked and was about to ask him why he wanted to fade, but he stopped me.  "The reason I want to fade is because I don't want to be here anymore, all of the worlds no longer hold a place for me, I just don't want to go on, I promise to you on the river of Styx that if you fade me I will give you the powers of a Primordial."  I was about to talk him out of it, but stopped myself and thought it through, if I had those powers then I can take my revenge, that thought was the final push.

"Very well, I will fade you."  He smiled as he was beginning to fade at my gesture and mouthed 'thank you' before turning to dust.  The dust then swirled around me glowing a dark purple, I could feel the power entering and coursing through my veins.  When the dust settled I looked in the Mirror to see that nothing had changed except for having a few purple highlights in my hair and my eyes swirled with sea foam green and dark purple.  I smiled and with my new powers willed a balcony to appear outside of the throne room.  When he looked it had appeared, he smiled and snapped his fingers to see that Taurus had appeared beside me, I looked at him and smiled.  "Taurus, you are now in charge of my monster army."  Taurus immediately caught on to what was happening and bowed.

"It will be my honor my lord."  We then walked out onto the balcony.  When I got there I snapped my fingers and all inhabitants of Tartarus had teleported below.  when they all looked up at me I cleared my throat.

"Monsters of Tartarus,"  I began trying to sound kingly, but then just reverted to shouting.  "The Gods and humans have betrayed me, They have hurt all of us at one time or another, well no more, I am your ruler now, and I say that we take the surface, and kill all who do not wish to join us."  As I said this the monsters all started cheering.  "We will begin training tomorrow to make all of you ready for combat, and in one year we will begin a plan to destroy Olympus, WHOSE WITH ME?"  I shouted the last part for emphasis and all of the monsters cheered in approval.  Taurus walked up to me and placed his hand on my shoulder.

"You have spoken like a true ruler, I am glad to work along side you."  I smiled at Taurus and thanked him while watching all of the rejoicing monsters.
