'Just' a Stroll, Right? Chap. 3 End (Leo's POV)

Chapter 3, Part 2.

"Tigerclaw told me to do it," I said to Daichi. "Or else he would kill Mikey and Sasuke." I had to betray her. Then Karai appeared. "Ah, if it isn't Daichi-Ituyo Shen chan, former fourth-in-command." "Former fourth-in-command?!" I asked shocked. "Yep," Karai slyly smirked. "Shredder had recruited her and her sisters after they were tired of being pushed over. Daichi had the most will, and was a born leader, so Shredder made her fourth-in-command, leading an army of rookies, training them well. In fact, I remember she trained them so well they would be able to beat the alphas." I tensed. So much was happening at one time. Daichi's full name, being and ex-enemy, leading an ARMY of practically ALPHAS?! "W-weren't you jealous then?" I asked. "Yeah. But after I heard her say she'll call it quits, I remembered you. It'd just make her reputation worse." Karai replied. I tensed again. I still held Daichi in place. I looked down at her arms, and she was holding a kunai, trying to cut loose. Karai asked me, "Why are you looking down like that?" I replied, "O-oh, uhm, oh, I just feel sorry that I had to betray Daichi."  I really do, but I can't blow Daichi's cover! I loosened the knot on Daichi's mouth cloth, until Karai asked me, "What're you doing?!" "Just tightening this knot." I simply replied. Once Daichi finished cutting through the ropes, I said, "GO!" She immediately ran off, and I jumped to save Mikey and Sasuke successfully. I hopped down and slid into the nearest manhole, running to the lair. I made it, and placed Mikey and Sasuke in my room. I ran to Donnie's room. I saw the place was trashed. I saw Perris on the floor, Donnie crying over her. "W-w-what happened?!" I asked Donnie. He lifted Perris up, and I saw scratchmarks. I swiped her, and patched her scratches up with gauze. They stopped bleeding. I walked to the main room. I saw Daichi. She smiled when she saw me. "Thanks for covering me and saving Sasuke." She stood up and walked toward me. I felt a blush creeping up my cheeks. She kissed me!! I smiled and blushed mad, then fell. "So..Awesome..." I LOVE being a turtle!! "Ya deserve that, you big hero," Daichi teased.  She giggled innocently. I blushed again. I bet my face was crimson by now. She kissed me again. "Ya deserve that for being cute."
