Laura's POV

Ross walked into the room and he laid next to me. It was silent but I guess I'm use to it. He then began to spoke and I was surprised of what he told me.

Ross: *stutters* u-um would you uh like to g-go to the fair at the peer (I don't know how to spell it put it is by the ocean and its a board walk)

Laura: uh......sure when?

Ross: tomorrow since we are gonna be alone together

Laura: okay then...

It was silent and I could feel my heart beating quickly.

Ross: you look beautiful today *says shyly*

Is he shy or nervous. Did I do something wrong because he seems like he doesn't want to talk to me at all. That hurt.

Laura: Thank you, you look very handsome today

Ross: ..........thanks

He is really upset with me but why. I don't remember hurting his feelings, if anything he is hurting MY feelings he is ignoring me. I feel myself getting teary so stood up and walked to the roof.

End of POV

Laura: *sighs*

???: hey

Laura: *turns around* hey Ratliff

Ratliff: watcha doin out here

Laura: just wanting to be alone and think

Ratliff: oh! okay...I'll just...leave

Laura: no! its okay, I needed a friend

Ratliff: *pumps fist in air* yes I'm her favorite

Laura: *chuckles* so far

Ratliff: *smiles* well next week we have a gig at the beach during sunset

Laura: *smiles* really?

Ratliff: yup its going to be legit!

Laura: *chuckles* you sound like Ross

Ratliff: haha very funny

Laura: *giggles* well I'm very happy for you guys, you haven't had a gig in a while

Ratliff: yeah well next week will be a night to remember

Laura: why?

Ratliff: Ryland set up that you and Ross can do a duet together

Laura: me and Ross? what has he lost his marbles!?

Ratliff: he lost it a long time ago!

*They laugh*

Laura: but Ratliff me and Ross aren't really communicating

Ratliff: well when we are all gone you guys can fix that

Laura: maybe......but he wont even try so why should I

Ratliff: look Laura*walks to her* tomorrow it will be YOU and HIM

Laura:.......your point?

Ratliff: Ross can't last a day without talking okay? He will come around

Laura: okay

Ratliff: and if not then you guys will be......*lets a tear fall* ex-Raura

Laura: *gulps* well then he made that happen

Ratliff: if you guys do break up Rocky is gonna come to you

Laura: *looks at Ratliff shocked* your lying?

Ratliff: nope! just giving you a heads up

Laura: *pushes him in the pool*

Ratliff: *screams like a girl* Aahhhhhh

Laura: *chuckles with hands on hip*

Ratliff: *rises up water* Laura!! what was that for

Laura: to take my anger out on someone *laughs*

Ratliff: liar! man, I thought I was your favorite!

Laura: *bends down to him* you are Ratliff *kisses him on the forehead*

Ratliff: *blushes* thanks and you better not be lying!

Laura: *giggles* I promise

Ratliff: thanks...

Laura: *walks away*

Rydel's POV

well tomorrow were all going to Disneyland! whoo! I am so excited, so I went to the living room and everyone was there except mom and dad. I looked at Ross and Laura and they weren't sitting next to eachother. We were now use to it. I don't know what wrong with them but I am getting very irritated. Just then someone nocked at the door. Riker went to get it so I followed.

Riker: *answers door* uh hello

???: hi! I'm Logan

Rydel: Hi Logan I'm Rydel and this is-

Riker: *interrupts* Rydel! I have a mouth! hi I'm Riker

Logan: nice to meet you, um I came to see Laura she texted me and she wanted to hang today *smiles*

Me and Riker froze and we didn't know what to do. I was freaking out and I just had my eyes wide. Logan was really cute. He had like a really light brown hair. Tall as me, actually. He was wearing black jeans, baby blue high tops, and a blue, white, gray flannel shirt. Green eyes too. He waited for a response so we invited him in to the living room.

Logan: *smiles politely* hi

Laura: *gasps* Logan! *hugs him tightly*

I thought it was cute. I looked at Ross and he had the most angriest eyes. His nostrils were flaring and his fists were clenched tight.

Laura: guys this is Logan

We all said hi except for Ross.

Well looks like Laura is now moving on. Did she break up with Ross? uh-oh!
