Part 8: There is Land!

After a long nap in my bed, I went to each classroom except the Grade 3 classroom. Nothin is going on. when I went out from the Galaxy section, I saw land! I supposed to tell the students but suddenly the principal called me. I went to her office and I was surprised with the mood she was making. She said to me, "Congratulations! You are now our captain!"

"Whaaat?!" I scream out loud.

"Here is your uniform! :D"

I wore the uniform. It felt really comfortable. The principal told me that I had to wear it everyday so I decided to ask for 6 more. I walked back to my locker and I hung the uniforms inside. I found a little note in it, '100% genuine silk'

"No wonder it's so comfortable..."

I thought of nothing but cotton. Cotton is a flower. I didn't mind it. I went inside my classroom and then everybody was looking at me.

"Woah Ricca, what are you wearing?" Phillip asked.

"Oh, the principal nominated me for being a peaceful leader and responsible student. That's why I'm the captain if the school," I replied.

Everybody congratulated me. I forgot all about the island until Caitlin (From the galaxy section), slammed the door open and shouted in panic, "Guys, our classroom is on fire!"

Everybody was surprised. I ran to the captains room and reported to the others via phone, " Reporting to all students and staff, There is a fire situation in the Galaxy Section. It may spread. Please do not panic. Never open the door of the Galaxy Section. Please hurry on gathering our materials in our stockrooms. I, your captain, will get us safety to land. Thank you."

That's when I remembered there was an island nearby.

After a few minutes everybody from the ship was there at the school grounds. All the teachers checked the attendance. Nobody was left . Each and every student had their things and supplies. After that, we disembarked from the ship and finally stepped on land. "How about the fire, Ricca?" Celine asked me.

"Ah, It's okay. The kuyas are going to take care of that," I replied.

After the fire was put out, we cheered. Our school counselor, T. Elma, stood up and told all of us to start building huts for each class. After several weeks, we finished building the huts. We did it all using our own bear hands. We had done our tasks. During that time, everything in the ship was fixed. I wasn't tired of watching all of the students in the deck because I find it fun. Look at me, I'm just an eleven-year-old and has a very big responsibility and high position, too. Younger than the High Schoolers!
