Chapter 3

Zachary's POV

What she did to me this morning really hurts. SHE HIT MY FREAKING GLORY! I still feel the pain when I went to science class. I saw her taking notes and boy she is hot... I was looking at her closely... but I was glaring at her because on what she did to me... but the truth is I want to smile. Her eyes landed on mine but I want to show her... that she is going to pay for what she did. The bell rang and she left the room quickly probably because of not wanting to bump into me. I saw her in the cafeteria with her friends. While I was eating with my bestfriend Jonathan Hugh.

"Bro take a picture it will last longer," he said. I never laid my eyes off her. But Jonathan keeps on throwing small peanuts on my face. "Bro wake up!" He said while shaking me up.

"Sorry, you were saying?" I haven't listened to any word he was saying to me.

"I said take a picture it will last longer. You keep staring. And its weird," he said while shoving food into his mouth. "And I heard she kicked your nuts out," he was laughing so hard.

I just ignored him and I continued to watch her. She looks so stressed. I saw Jason Davenport going to her direction. When she saw him she looks pissed seeing him. And i wondered why. But why do I care. She means nothing to me at all. I saw her leave the the cafeteria. And Jason followed her.

I stood up from my chair, "Bro i have to go somewhere," I told him and he knows I have something to do, and I wouldn't like it at all. I left Jonathan and went after Jason and Maya. The whole 'Maya' is something I like to call her since its her second name.

I saw Jason holding her arm, I can see it was a tight grip. I see that she's going to punch the guy because the anger in her eyes.

"Please! Please Sab! Give me another chance," he said while holding her arm. She really want to punch him.

I walked towards them and pushed him against the wall. "Leave her alone Davenport," I said while cracking my knuckles and rolled my fist ready to punch him, I don't like men hurting girls. "Don't make me put a bruise on that pretty face of yours." Jason left but tears fell in his eyes looking at her and I can see she feels affected.

She was about to leave until I grabbed her hand. "You okay? Did he hurt you or something?" I said while checking her out if there's anything that happened to me. She let go of my hand, I like her touch. I thought she was going to thank me but no. "Why the hell do you care?" she was shocked on what she said, she didn't have any second thoughts.

"A thank you would be nice," I said while smirking. Which made her hate me more. I don't know why I'm like this but maybe just maybe because she's the first girl to stand up to this bad boy...

She just run away from me and I followed her. She's headed to the Music Room the one place I hate the most. I followed her inside and I sat on the back so she won't see me.
She went for the piano, I didn't know she could play the piano. Wait, why do I even want to know. She played the intro to the song "Cold water" by Justin Bieber on it, but it seem different. It was the cover of Kurt Hugo Schneider, he is one of the best music producers, he creates music out of ordinary objects.  She started playing the piano and sings.

She smiled to herself after she finished the song which also made me smile. I started clapping. She stood up quickly. "Who's there?" she asked, she looks a bit nervous. "Who is it?" she repeated.

I walked towards her, "Well that's a nice singing voice you got there," I said the truth. Now she knows i followed her here.

"Stalker much Mason?" while raising an eyebrow. I smiled at her. She might think I'm impossible.

"Well sweetheart I want an apology for what you did to me," I said as an excuse and my smile faded. I know she won't apologize.

"And what makes you think I will apologize to you?" She said smiling evily at me, she looks so cute. She was planning to leave but I blocked her path.

"What's with you and Jason, hmmm?" It popped up in my head suddenly. That's why I asked. I was still blocking her path. She can't escape me that easily.

"Why the hell do you care jerk!!! Let me through," She shouted at my face. I can read her mind that she was planning on kicking me again before she could kick me again I stopped her

"That's not going to happen twice Maya," I said while smirking at her. I did it again. Calling her Maya.

"What happened between me and him is none of your damn business!" she said and it was very loud and clear. She stormed out of the music room, and I saw tears streaming and she wipes it off immediately.
