Today is a new day and I don't have to embarrass myself in front of the whole 6th grade. I don't know if I'll be able to go through tryouts without embarrassing myself though, because I've never cheered before.
Later that afternoon after school was tryouts. I started stretching when a seen the same guy from the assembly. "Okay guys let's start with your basic jumps: Pike; Toe touch ;and left hurkey." I'm used to jumping but not in those ways. WHAT THE HECK IS A HURKEY? He demonstrates how to do them while I stare blankly into space."Alexis, your turn!" He said with a smile."Okay here goes nothing" I whispered to myself. I jumped up and reached for my toes and then BOOM!!! I don't know what happened then I looked...well.... Up at myself and I was standing the roof!! Now everyone at tryouts will know my secret😥!!! As I came down every one stared at me. "AGGHHH, SHE'S A MONSTER!!!" Said the girl behind me. "It's okay guys, I won't hurt you. Please don't tell anyone. I'm the same girl I was 5 minutes ago!!" The "guy" said that I was right that everyone needed to calm down. "Thank you, umm.....what is your name??" I said looking at him more confused than ever."Oh, Markus Quartite, but you can call me Mark." I looked at him surprised because he didn't freak out "Well nice to meet you Mark. I didn't make the team, did I?"
"No, but I think I have the job for you!!"
