A Bittersweet life (Unifrown fanfic)

The way I feel about you...

Unikitty came home. It was night she opened the door quietly and walked in swiftly.

She got to her bedroom door, thinking she was safe, when Rick tapped on her shoulder. She flinched.

"Princess, it's the middle of the night. Where have you been?" Rick said in his same monotone voice.

Unikitty looked at him "Uh... Party...??"

Rick looked at her and shrugged "Okay." Unikitty sighed and walked into her room. She looked around and sat on her bed.

She sighed and went to her window, looking out. "This isn't normal." She shook her head. "None of this is."

She walked down to get her usual late night snack. She picked Ice cream out of the freezer and began eating. She looked at the letter Master Frown wrote.

She wandered the castle a bit, when she heard a crashing noise from the lab.

She ran down and saw Dr. Fox looking around. A pink potion on her desk.

"Uh... Dr. Fox? What's that...?" She asked Dr. Fox jumped

"What this...??!" She said, hiding the potion

"Nothing, just a... drink...?" She said Unikitty smiled widely

"Ooh! Can I taste?" She asked, grabbing it. Before Dr. Fox could answer, Unikitty drank it, then was on the ground. "Uh oh..." She sighed, and dragged Unikitty back to her room.

The next morning, Unikitty woke up, but with a headache. "Oww" she groaned. She looked around, then looked outside.

She went downstairs and sat down at the table. Dr. Fox looked at her.

"Hey Unikitty! We've got Pancakes!" She smiled. Unikitty groaned "Mhm." She said, holding her head. Dr. Fox looked worried, while everyone else looked at her surprised.

"Uh... sis? Are you okay?" Her brother Puppycorn asked

"Yeah Princess... you're acting all... grumpy" Her friend and Bodygaurd Hawkodile commented.

She looked at them "I'm fine." She hissed. "I'm just... feeling weird." She said. "I'm going to take a walk."

She got up and went to her room to get dressed in her normal clothes, rather than her pajamas.

She walked downstairs and walked out of the Kingdom. She wandered around in a forest right outside her castle. She leaned against a tree and felt her head. It was hot, like she had a fever.

She sat down and groaned. She was sweating and she was pale. She looked around and saw, at the end of the forest was FrownTown. It was closer than the unikingdom so she walked to the end of the forest, just before passing out.

Master Frown was going to the Unikingdom to cause Mayhem. He may have had a crush on Unikitty, and she knew, but he still had a job.

He got to the edge of the forest when he noticed a figure laying in the grass. He walked over and saw that it was Unikitty. He panicked. He picked her up, and ran to his house. He opened the door where Brock was playing video games.

"Oh hey dude- what's wrong with Unikitty?" He asked. Master Frown set her on the couch "I don't know... I just found her passed out in the forest."

"Weird." Brock said, getting back to his games.

Master Frown sighed, and put a blanket over her.

Unikitty woke up with a start. She had a nightmare. She looked around and saw herself in Master Frown's house.

"What the..." She looked and saw Master Frown on a chair. His head was resting next to her body, and he was fast asleep. 

She looked at him and blushed. She chuckled and played back down.

"Goodnight, love." She whispered before falling asleep.
