Chapter 1

Yuna's POV

*beep beep*

I wake up to my alarm ringing. I check the time and it's 6:30 am. I have to get ready for another boring day at the coffee shop, yay (sarcastically).

I get up, wash my face and brush my teeth. I then brush through my long brown hair. I then put mascara on my long lashes while looking at my light brown eyes through the mirror. I put on a little highlight on my cheekbones. After me putting on makeup, I put on my work uniform, a white collared shirt with black pants and a black-waist apron. I go downstairs from my apartment and into the kitchen to eat a bowl of cereal. After I ate, I grabbed my things (phone, purse, and keys) and left to the coffee shop.

*at coffee shop*

Well, it's currently 7:45 am. I don't really open until 8. Everything was cleaned and set up from last night. I guess I'll just wait 15 more minutes.

*15 minutes passed*

I set up the cashier and some of my employees show up, no customers yet...

"Hey, I'm here to ring in." Said one of the employees that just walked in.

"Alright."

*5 minutes passed*

*ding ding* (door opening)

"Hello, what would you like to order?"

"Uhh, let's see.... I'll take a White Vanilla Americano."

Wow, his voice is deep, and he looks nice...

"Alright, would that be all?"

"Yes ma'am." Says the customer, smiling brightly with his box smile.

Oh my gosh, even his smile is precious and cute.

"It'll be right up!"

*few minutes passed*

"Alright here you go!"

He grabs the cup but in doing so, he slightly touches my hand... his hands are soft.

"Hey, what's your name by the way?" Asked the customer.

"Uh (points at name tag)... Yuna, Min Yuna."

"Ah, beautiful name! My name's Kim Taehyung. Just letting you know, you're a very pretty woman Yuna." He said smirking.

"Aish, I uh.... uh... thank you sir." I say as I bow.

"No problem. ;)"

Ohhh myyyy! I can't believe he actually talked to me!!! Why am I acting like a 12 year old talking to her crush for the first time??! Probably because this is my first crush...

*shifts ends*

Finally my shift is over. I have to build up energy for tonight, so I'll go take a nap. I have awhile anyways, it's only 4:35 pm.

*takes nap and time passes*

*groans* Geez, what time is it?*stretching*

*checks time*

Oh, only 8:06 pm?? I should actually get up and prepare..

I go into my closet to bring out my dark outfit for tonight. A black long sleeve with a black hoodie. A pair and black tights and light black sneakers. They make me swift through the night easily. I also brought out my black mask.

I grabbed my bow and arrows from my top shelf in my closet that was covered by some hanged clothes. I also grabbed a few small, sharp knives.

I was ready for tonight's mission.

*buzz buzz*

Oh, a message from boss..

"Are you ready? You need to be. Target will be at the bridge at 10 pm sharp. They're meeting with an undercover spy, who I sent out. *sends picture of spy* He (target) thinks he can trick us. I heard all of their plan. Get to them as fast as possible and end him quickly and quietly. Thank you."

Alright, let's get to it then. You go out to travel in your black Ferrari.

You park a few blocks away from the bridge. You get to the bridge to see the target. You slowly creep up behind him. You're about 20 inches away until he turns around quickly. You slide to the right behind a corner. That was close... You peak to see if he was still looking. You then see and hear the spy talking with the target. You both gave each other signals. He was distracting the target as you creep up behind the target. You grab your knife and walk a little faster and..... *stab* you have hit the target. He collapsed on the floor with blood gushing out of his neck. You take out your bloody knife and drag him to your car onto the plastic cover in the back of your trunk. You drive him to your boss' hideout and the securities take him out and does whatever they do with dead bodies.

"Good Job Agent Y Kim. We thank you again. *bows* Be prepared for more missions. You're the best assassin out there, my best student. My best and only...... daughter."

"Ah, thank you Father. I should be going now, I have to take care of the coffee shop tomorrow, early afternoon and it takes me 2 hours just to get back to my apartment."

"You're mother would be proud of you Yuna~ssi. *looks at photograph*"

"Yes, I'm sure, and I'm sure she would be proud of you too. I am now a grown 22 year old woman. I am able to take care of myself and thanks to you and mother. But I must get going now."

"Yes I know you're grown but you're still my little girl. But yes, you should get going. We'll grieve some other time."

*2 hours passed*

I am finally home and I can finally rest. It's 12:30 am and I am trying to get into bed.

Now let me tell you all a little something. My mother did pass away. She passed away while on the most dangerous mission. She was a spy and assassin. Her code name was Agent Yu M.K, but her real name was Kim Yuri but married my father so is now, Min Yuri. My Father's name is Min Seokgrum (soke groom). I have been practicing these types of things since I was 6 and I went on my first mission at age 13. This was all simple tasks.

My mind keeps going back to that.... that....guy, Kim. Tae. Hyung. It had a nice ring. I like it. Well, I don't know for sure but I think this is... love at first sight..? No. Just a friendly and ordinary customer and employee relationship. But what customer ask and tell the employee that they're beautiful?? *sigh* aishhh I should really sleep.. I need to stop thinking about this. I need to get over it. I'm independent and I do not need anyone. I need to focus on my life, no one else's.
