The Kissing Booth 2

What Happened ?

I wake up again and this time I still can't hear much but more then I could before but Noah is there again his head on the bed hold my hand and he says something along the lines of
" Elle please come back to me a beg you I love you too much to lose you , I need you , I can't and won't live without you please just come back to me show me that you are there "
My throat is so dry that I can't speak so i move my finger to show him that I'm awake . His head lifts up from the bed and he sees that my eyes are open and he leaps up call the nurses in and he runs out in tears to grab everyone else , they all rush in and wait by the door staring hopefully at me as the doctors check up on me , My bed is pushed forward and I had a glass of water  💧 I struggled but I started talking again .
" I'm sorry " I say with tears in my eyes
" What do you mean ? " Noah looks really confused
" you only just came back today and we haven't spent any time with each other and I'm in a hospital bed - I ruined our night and your winter breaks , it's all my fault "
" Elle shut up it's not your fault it's the other person in the cars fault and you haven't ruined my winter break you're here alive doing ok .... I guess and we are here together as long as you're there I'm ok "
It hurts ALOT but i smile he gives me the butterflys everytime he looks at me
" So whats wrong with me ? "
" Umm when you hit the car , you hit it pretty hard and youre injurys are very bad " he gulps
" One ear is working  around 50% and the other is only 30% . You have a failed kidney and there is a chance  that you ..... you might need major heart surgery ....... your wrist is broken as well as your legs in 4 places in the right and 2 in the left . Youve broke a few ribs ans you have a deep cut on your head . "
I am speechless a million things run through my head . School . My car . The other car . Who was in the other car ?
