Why me ?

When I woke up , everything was blurry and I could barley make out who was who but i heard familiar voices and then the depressing sounds of my heart beating on the machine - well at least it was still beating. I'd never been in a car crash before and I've never really been in the hospital like this before , I was still confused . I was then greeted by the light in my eyes again and the check on my stomach , I was used to it know but they hadn't spoken to my heart so I said
Elle: Hey doc , how's the ticker doing ?
Doc: Um Elle about that , we had to give you a transplant but we still have worried that you might reject it but look on the bright side , you're old heart has gone now so if this heart goes well , you're 100% on the way to recovery , I'm certain this time .
Elle: Oh ok , how's my kidney doing ?
Doc: Fine !
Elle : Where is everyone ?
Doc : They went down to the canteen they shouldn't be long
Elle: Umm can I ask a question ?
Doc: Hit me
Elle: How  long have I been here for ? I've lost count of the days !
Doc : 7 months
Elle: WOW I didn't know it was that long , wait what about Noah , he needs to go back to college ! Lee need to go to school as well and me well I need to as well !
Doc: Lee has been coming in the evenings and Noah gave up his scholarship, hasn't he told you ?
Elle: No !
Doc: So how are you feeling today ?
Elle: ok I guess but I really do need to speak to Noah .
Doc: I know , I know but you need to take your vitamins first .
Elle: Vitamins ?
Doc: Yes , heart surgery has a big impact on the rest of your body so we need to keep you in shape !
Elle : Right , how many do I have to take ?
Doc : 5 now ,6 tonight
Elle: that's a lot of pills .
Doc: need to keep you healthy

Noah: ELLE !
Elle: Hey .
Noah: what's wrong ?
Elle : apart from the fact that I'm stuck in this hospital room , I'm not happy with you , why did you give up your scholarship ?
Noah : I didn't want to leave your side , with all the risks and stuff , what if I lost you and I wasn't even here ?
He kisses my forehead and then my  lips , he loves me so much . My  eyes fill with water .
Noah: Babe what's wrong ?
Elle: How did I find you ?
Noah: what do you mean ?
Elle: Your perfect and look at me !
Noah : Every single part of you is perfect .
Elle: I love you !
I  plays with his hair and kiss him again.
Noah : I love you more !
Elle: Not possible !!!
Noah: Tis so
Elle: Oh really ?!
Noah: Yep
Why does it always happen to me ? Out of anyone in this world why me ? Can't believe this all started with that darn kissing booth 😂🙄
