Stan was taken in the Portal not Ford. So Ford is takeing care of the kids
Pacifica owns the Tent of Telepathy but doesn't have Journal 2 she found the amulet on her own. Gideon is the town rich kid, but also has an amulet (idk how)
Mable found the Journal (makeing Dipper Jealouse), Ford take an intrest in her and want her to be his apprentise (also makeing Dipper Jelouse, really hopeing for some Bipper here).
Also the Journal cover is ripped so it doen't give away Fords secrets and Jazz.
