Part 21 - Accident

Swara stirred in her sleep and said:" Please, leave me and yelled Sanskar's name." She cried in sleep.

Sanskar and Adi, shocked on hearing her screams and ran to her room. They thought someone has an intruder inside the house to kidnap swara and both were ready in positions to attack them.

Sanskar opened the door and he found none. He approached swara and she was sweating in fear. He embraced her, stroked her back to comfort.

"Shhhhhhhhhhhhhh" he moved his hands from her shoulders to palms and consoled her.

Swara loosened her grip and fell asleep in his arms.

Sanskar put her back to sleep and took her palm in his and kissed her knuckles.

Meanwhile, Adi searched the room in case if he finds anyone is hiding but none were there. He sat beside Swara, stroked her hairs.

"We should execute our plan very soon, Sanskar." Adi said.

Sanskar nodded, " Okay."

Night:

Swara woke up and searched for Sanskar, this time too, he wasn't there for her. Her heart squeezed in pain. Tears roll down her cheeks, automatically in pain. She wiped them swiftly and went to refresh.

She joined others for the dinner. No one spoke.

Ashi felt it weird and initiated the conversation. So are we going to play hide and seek today? Every one of you is stealing glances. She asked.

Adi: only physically you have grown up not mentally. He mocked.

Ashi whined.

Swara: Hello, don't tease my sister. She rolled her eyes, picked a fork and threatened, Adi.

Sanskar spits the water in fear on seeing Swara's terror side.

Adi: Eww Sanskar. Why did you vomit?

San: It is just water, Idiot.

Swara chuckled.

Ashi: Bhai, my Swara didi only should puke not you. She teased.

Sudden silence occupied the room.

SwaSan dumbfounded due to her statement. They shared short and spicy eyelock. Their eyes held pain, love and something more.

A teardrop ran down Swara's eyes unknowingly. She wiped them immediately. Sorry, I need to sleep, she went back to their room.

Sanskar excused and followed Swara's footsteps. He unlatched the lock and stepped inside the room. He found her sleeping covering her face with duvet.

"Swara....." he called.

Swara tried to ignore him and covered her ears tightly using her palms. She bit her lower so her sobs don't escape her mouth.

"Swaraaaaaa" he again spelt her name.

She stayed silent.

Left with no patience, Sanskar jumped next to her on the bed and pulled her into his arms. He tried to pull the duvet away from her face but Swara was reluctant to leave them so easily.

His actions broke her heart more than the pain she underwent in Gadodia's house.

Sanskar used all his strength and pulled the duvet from her face. His face turned pale on seeing her crying face. Each tear from her eyes stabbed his heart. He bled. He has never felt so weak. She only had the powers to turn him vulnerable.

He immediately hid her in his chest." Please don't cry Swara. You are killing me alive." He too cried along with her.

"Stop your tears," he pleaded.

Swara felt her shoulders wet. She tilted her up and found him crying too. She moved back creating space between them.

" Why are you crying? Please stop crying." She wiped his tears."

"Unless you stop I will not stop my tears." He said.

Swara wiped her tears and managed to smile.  See I have stopped crying. So you too follow the same...

He nodded and hid his face in the crook of her neck and hugged her tightly. He sniffed. "Sorry, my love." He whispered but it wasn't audible.

Her body was on fire. His actions were giving her tingles all over the body. she never expected him to hug her, possessively. She failed hugged him back.

"Hug," he ordered.

She smiled and encased him in her arms. She tousled his hair, "Then why are doing this to us? Pain?"  She asked.

"Sleep," he said and his lips grazed her smooth skin.

Butterflies swarm in her stomach. Hmm. She slept.

Sanskar chuckled and slept holding her in his arms.

Next day Sanskar requested Adi to go to university and collect Swara's certificates and complete the other procedures related to office work, shifting her to foreign the university.

Adi punched Sanskar's stomach.

"Ouch," he yelped.

"Just command, no needed to request," Adi said.

"Ok boss."He saluted.

They broke into fits of laughter.

Adi completed all the works in the college and while returning to their home he felt someone following him in a black car. He switched the lanes and turned sides to confuse the trailer behind him and he finally managed to escape from them.

Adi reached the usual road to reach their home but a vehicle from the intersect came fast without any horn and hit his car and drove away in hurry. Driver seat of the car got severe damage due to direct contact with the bonnet of the opponent vehicle.

Adi whispered, "Sanskarrrr.." Blood oozed from his head and he fainted.

A passerby witnessed the accident and admitted him to the hospital. The stranger found his mobile and contacted Sanskar.

Sanskar: Hey bro!! How long will you take to return home? He said in frustration.

Stranger: Hello, He has met with an accident. Please come to the hospital. He gave him the address.

Sanskar said ok and screamed in pain... Ashi and Swara ran towards him. " what happened?"

He stuttered... " Aaaddhiii... he sobbed.. he... hospital.... acc...ci..dent..." he squeezed his eyes and cried in anguish.

Ashi and Swara too cried along with him and they gathered hope to reach the hospital.
