Crossed Roads

chapter 2

When I turned to see what they were all staring at, I was astonished. I was amazed.
It was 7 boys
7 beautiful tall boys.
As they walked down the hall, girls were all screaming and taking pictures of them.
I went to take a closer look at them and realized it was bts.
I knew of them while I was still in Nigeria and always hoped to meet them, but I never knew it would happen this soon.

I dragged geurim with me as we went closer to them.
Some of the girls pushed me away.
I spotted jin and screamed "jin oppa" he turned back and blew me a kiss.
I almost died of excitement.
The bell rang for classes so we had to go.

Later at lunch
Geurim and I sat down to eat.
Some girls came up to me and asked for my name. I said "I'm Rachel" ooh what a nice name of the girls said.
Geurim whispered in my ear and told me not to get involved with those girls as they were always causing trouble.
I told her okay.

As we were going back to class, someone threw something at me.
I screamed and they all laughed at me.
I was ashamed. Why would someone I barely know treat me like this.
Jin had seen what happened from afar and he hates bullies so he confronted them.

I ran out of the school and it was raining.
I squatted outside as I was soaked by the rain. I felt like an outcast. Even geurim didn't come for me.
As I sobbed, I felt a coverage over my head. I looked up and saw a tall looking figure over me. I stood up and looked at the person
And it was jin.
I couldn't help but fan girl internally.
I was so excited.
He told me he saw those girls and they always pick on new girls and I shouldn't let them do that to me I should stand up for myself.
I said okay thank you
He drove me home in his car and told me to take care.

*1 week later*
It was project time in school.
And we were all peered in group of fours. Luckily I was peered with geurim, jin and taehyung.
I've seen taehyung a few times in school but we never talked. This was my chance.

We met up at taehyung's house later to discuss what we wanted to present for our project.

I met taehyung sitting down inside his sitting room.
He was there along.
I said hi.
Who are you taehyung said
I'm Rachel. From school. For the project.
Oh okay sit down and wait for the others.
