    I kicked a pebble that I saw on the pavement by the streets. it's really boring out here too, I mean I've been walking for twenty freaking minutes and I don't feel any better, maybe I shouldn't have thought of coming out, maybe I should have just disturbed sameer a little longer or helped ammi in the kitchen, I should just go home.

following the narrow passage that leads home while humming the song that played on my iPod. something seems off about this place today...slowing my steps to figure out what's up with this place "its probably the trash can they added or the new painting" I thought out loud to myself, what could possibly go...

"let me answer that for you, its because of the fading odor of weed and the rough looking guys here which a pretty girl like you can't handle" a man from nowhere appeared explaining the question I just thought I solved. oh boy this is not good

"uhhh...yhh...ummm...I think I should get going" I stuttered moving back little by little until I met dead end
  wait...no wall was here when i was coming

" you can't leave without taking home something, at least have a treat huhh" a hoarse masculine voice came from behind me trying to hold back his laughter but failed vigorously.

"look guys I don't mean to scare you but I gotta black belt in karate higher institution, so if I were u I won't mess with this girl" I said referring to myself while going into defence position with my fist up high and my legs out. I know, cover my aura, but the one aura I importantly need to secure is my BODY!!!

  seeing they won't back out as there were four men now and me in the middle, it is the hard way then, I've done it to more men so this shouldn't be hard.

  I moved forward with my sweetest smile to the one who answered me earlier  "hello there" and with that I threw my fist making him tumble backward to the ground.

  "owk, who's next" I turned around already prepared for my next move.

another man looked at his weapon before throwing it to the ground thinking he can take out a girl without a weapon, too bad.
 
  As he came forward, I poked his eyes both and twisted his thumb until he was down

"you know, you still got the chance to back out for you two" I said turning to look at the remaining with their jaws to the ground.

time to I guess since no reply, but I am so wrong, before I could reflect, someone dragged me by my hand and out to the open streets.

  I pulled my hands away cause no matter what, he can't touch me

  "who are you?" I asked with confusion clear on my face. "a great way to show your appreciation princess. after all I just saved your butt from those goons" he said saying it like it is the most obvious thing...wait a minute,

"you think you are my hero and expect me to bow down to your feet for saving me from a bunch of losers who I just took down by myself!!! you must be mistaken mister. I'd rather go back in there and finish the job I started and no one will be offended by their ego" I replied him with no regrets.

I've had enough of this day, I'm going home.

I was heading home forgetting about the fact of the weirdo behind, he probably should still be in shoc...

"hey...wait up" I was wrong he's right behind me

I spun around rolling my eyes. "will you just go home, no matter what you say, I won't say thank you for anything" I muttered out of irritation. c'mon I got a guy following me to annoy me, I really am not in a good mood

"ohh don't get me wrong I'm not following you for a thank you. I have to be sure you are home safely" he replied, that too thinking I'll keep quiet now

"on whose order are you to follow me and keep me safe...you know what, keep following me like the dog you are" with that I continued walking with him trailing behind and that's how I got home

"salllaammm!" I shouted getting inside. no one was home i guess. As I moved forward to the living room forgetting the fact that there was a stranger behind me, I saw a figure on couch with newspaper. it was salman bhai. oh God! today is really not my day

I tiptoed, or at least tried to tiptoe upstairs but was caught in the midst of doing so.

"where have you been" mr grumpy asked without looking up from his news. "uhh...you know, just out for a walk. which reminds me, some guy is out there thinking he saved me but I told him he didn't so..."

"saved you?from what" I was cut from my rantings. he loves doing that!"the neighborhood " was my reply as I headed for the kitchen to check on mamaaa😍

on my way to my room, I caught sight of salman bhai, but the confusing part was when he looked up at my so called hero with a look of shock and...fear?
