I set my mark and ran down the track until a rock on the run way hit my spike and mad me slip forward. then I slid a good 1 and 1/2 I was scared I was going to have to go to the hospital but the adults that were there came to help me up I said I still want to compete even if I was bleeding really bad. so I got up got help to go to the medical station get bandaged up. after that I was going back to the pole vault Area to compete when some of my coaches ask what happened I said I'll tell you later.
