You asking me on a date?

It was already the end of the day and I still have to fetch my sister from her school.

"Hey" a voice says while I felt a tap on my right shoulder as I turned around....oh its him again.

"What do you want? I already told you I'm no-" I was cut off when "yeah you're not Vanessa..." He said "then why the hell were you calling me Vanessa yesterday and earlier?!" I asked kinda annoyed.

"You look just like her...exactly like her" he said sadly? "Look can we talk about this Vanessa girl over some coffee after I fetch my sister?" I said kinda in a hurry.

"You asking me on a date?" He asked cockily as he smiled meekly.

Oh you bastard.

If you weren't that goddamn cute I would butcher you!

"Smooth...but no just curious about this Vanessa girl" I said "okay then lets meet at the cafe near the theater" he said as he smiled.

"Okay be there later...at 8 maybe?" I question while looking at my watch "yeah perfect" he said "okay then I'll get going" I said "mmkay bye" he said as he smiled warmly.

Oh fuck.

There goes that fucking warm fuzzy feeling in my stomach.

I get in my car and sped off to fetch my sister. As I arrived I saw her swinging by the swings with a....guy?

I the stepped out of my car and walked towards her "come on Ariana" I say grabbing her arm for her to stand up.

"O-okay...bye Dylan" she said while getting her stuffs "okay pretty boy move it" I say as I click my tongue and pointed my thumb away as he quickly walks away.

"What is wrong with you?!" She said as she stomped her way towards my car.

"Nothing, its just fun to see guys scared at your own sister" I say as I giggle and hopped on the car while starting it.

"Well its not fun for me" she pouted "sorry, but hey look on the bright side, you'll get to dress me up cause I am going on a date" I say as I sped off.

"Date? With who? Is he cute?" She started rambling "hey hey hey HEY!" I shouted as she flinch "gosh stop shouting" she said "well stop rambling" I then rolled my eyes.

"But he is cute...he's Sweet Pea" I say "but its not really a date though I just wanted to assume" I say smiling to myself.

"Well for starters...who names their child Sweet Pea?!" She said "his mom obviously" I say rolling my eyes at her comment.

"Soo where are you guys going" she asked entering my room while rummaging clothes in my closet "at a cafe near the theater" I shrugged.

"Oooooookay wear this then" she said as she handed me my skirt and a black top (👆🏻 outfit) 

"Okay then now go out shoo shoo" I said as I want to get ready.

It was already 7:37 pm and I was done with everything, I don't know why I feel like I need to be pretty around him.

Ugh men...gives me a warm fuzzy feeling inside then next thing I know I'm being ignored.

I arrived at the small cafe and saw Sweet Pea looking nervous as hell.

Why was he nervous? Ehhh...

"Hey" I say as I sat across from him "you came" he said "yeah of course I came, I'm the one who told you to come" I say.

"Right" he said as he cleared his voice "Soooo who's this Vanessa girl?" I started.

"And after that she k-killed herself, I couldn't bear to stay in Riverdale after that cause everything just reminds me of her..." He said while a few tears slip here and there as he finished his story.

"Oh god holy shit....I'm so so sorry I didn't know, I just thought she was some chick that dumped you" I say as I sat next to him and hugged him while he sobbed softly.

"Jesus... Don't cry come one lets get outta here " I say as I got up and dragged him outside.

"Come...lets watch a movie" I said as I wiped his tears away and grabbed his hand while running towards the theater.

"Can I get two tickets please" I said as I paid the cashier before he could even get the chance to pay.

Sweet Pea's Pov

She really looks like I her...I can't believe it, its like she's there but a whole lotta different person.

Vanessa...she's always sad but covers it up with a smile on her face but her she's genuinely happy and she's so carefree and beautiful.

God she is breathtaking like Vanessa.

I couldn't help but let out a smile plastered on my face as she sat down looking at the big screen while smiling big like she had candy.

"What got you all smiley?" I asked "nothing, I just really wanted to watch this movie a long time ago but I really never got the chance so here I am" she said looking at me smiling.

Halfway through the movie I didn't know what got into me but suddenly I just interwind my fingers to hers.

I felt her look at my face but I just ignored it and smiled to myself.

I hope that this girl is different from Vanessa...I hope she doesn't kill herself...
