Cameron and Serena ended up married. They have no children because she later on learns that she can't have children. When they are ready for a kid they adopt a son from Hadeis and spends most of her time helping the people of her son, Aven's, race, while Cameron is the new George Clune. They have very hard time finding time for each other but make it work because they are so in love.
Peyton and James date for a while but break up after James family move to Australia and moves on. Gavin gets over Serena and in fact ends up falling in love with Peyton after coming to the high school reunion. They have three boys named Aden, Eden, and Evan.
