constantly receiving a text at four in the morning while you're comfortably spooning your boyfriend would probably piss anyone off so easily.

jimin looked to his phone left on the bedside table and back to his sleeping boyfriend whose eyebrows are now furrowed, obviously disturbed by the noise. any minute now, he'd wake up. jimin didn't want that, knowing his man worked so hard and deserved all the sleep he could get, so jimin tried his best to reach his own phone without moving too much.

jimin contemplated on whether he should respond or not. what if he pretended he wasn't jimin and that it's a new owner of the number? shit! he really should've changed it.

but some part of him truly wanted this to happen. he was waiting for itᅳas much as he wouldn't like to admitᅳhe's been waiting for jeongguk text him like this, begging for his love and attention. so he didn't change his number. and lied to taehyung when the latter asked him why he kept it that way, by telling the boy, "i don't want jeongguk to have some sort of power over me. i'm not gonna change anything about me just for him."

jimin really thought it'd be nice to see jeongguk shattered like this and to feel like he's finally in control. but the more jeongguk does this, the more jimin realizes, he's not really in control. at the end of the day, jeongguk is jeongguk and though the boy is begging like a child...

...at the end of the day, they both know that once jimin succumbs to jeongguk's wishes, the latter becomes the one in control. again.

and jimin can't keep that from happening if this continues. so he decided to block the number.
