ALEX'S POINT OF VIEW
I hated her big smile, as much as I loved it.
While I loved seing her smile.
I hated knowing that she was hiding her sorrow behind it.
She sometimes confused me.
I never knew when her smile was real and when it wasn't.
It was impossible to know.
Even after knowing her for years.
I still couldn't tell the difference between her real smile and her fake one.
Maybe if I knew, I would've helped her.
I wish.
I wish that if I knew, I could've helped her.
But even if I knew, I wouldn't have helped her.
