"Lea". Lea died a few weeks ago. She had taken a drug and that had killed her- no OD, just one killed her. The same kind of drug that was found in my bag. I was shell-shock. I know I shouldn't considering how I am kind of dead too. My mouth shut on it's own after calling out her name.

"Don't be afraid,I'm here to help you. I am kind of the reason you are in this almost-dead situation. You see I had no other way of making you listen to this. This is to help you and your friend,Janice."

Now I found my voice. "Janice.? What's wrong with her.? What happened.?" I panicked.

"Relax. I'll tell you everything you need to know. Let's just get out of here first."
Lea held out her hand and I took it.

My house, the people, everything disappeared. Instead we arrived at our school. God.! I've not been here since that incident.

"Now what I'm going to show is important okay.? You'll have to understand, not everyone is like who you think they are." She said the last sentence more to herself than to me. I nod still, even though I was unable to comprehend her words fully to actually speak.

"This is the day I died. Pay close attention."

We were in the ballroom. It was Prom night after all. Lea was out there dancing with her boyfriend, Xaviar. They were having the time of their lives, as if it was their last.

I searched for myself. I found us.
Me, Camille and Janice huddled together, ready to kick the floor with our moves. I smile. Those were the good old times.

I return my attention. There must have been something wrong with her death, why else would she take me here. But they are gone. Lea and Xaviar were nowhere to be seen.
"You missed us. Come on, backdoor". The ghost Lea said. I rushed so as to find them before they disappear again. I opened the door.
They were just sitting there. Not talking. I realized there was space between them. A huge forbidden silence I have never felt before.

"Not everyone is who you think they are. Not everyone is really sane. Definetely not the good old senior boy- Xaviar." Lea spoke with utter hate, her eyes buring with anger.

Before I could speak, the other Lea spoke to Xaviar, more like questioned him.

"So when were you going to tell me.?"

"Tell you what.?" Both me and Xaviar spoke to both the Leas.
My Lea looked at me blank in the eye while the other spoke, rather-Shout.!
