Shrek's POV:

I woke up early today as today is the yearly art convention. Every year I go to special painting session and every year a celebrity teachers the class. This year it was Bob Ross, even though it was his 3rd time in a row. I still dreamed of his soft pillowy skin toughing mine. I guess you could say I enjoyed his company.

I got out of bed and got my best clothes on for the day which consisted of a white button up blouse that I had seen Bob wearing on Tv in an episode of 'Painting With Bob Ross' the other week. I paired that with my trusty leather vest that I always wore when going on dates. This wasn't a date but I felt a connection with Bob that I never felt with anyone else. Sometimes I would say his name as I splash around in my mud bath, he took up a large portion of my mind and I was happy for it.

When I got out of my bed and changed my clothes, I turned the TV on and switched the channel to 'Painting With Bob Ross' then I grabbed a whole onion, pealed the layers and rolled them in to my mouth, chewing softly. After that I walked out the down to my car admiring my swamp and the new moss I had planted in the front to make it look more inviting. I didn't fit perfectly in my car but I squeezed In as my window cleaning business was going through a slump and I didn't have the means to fix it. My last pay check went straight in to buying the art convention ticket. I blasted my favourite song, 'All Star' and prepared for the heavenly day that was about to occur.

The car ride was long but I had woke up early enough to arrive when the doors were just opening. I didn't expect to see Bob for a while so I decided to try to meet new people as it had been too long since I made a real friend. Instead people would stare and laugh at me, I would be called names even when going to the grocery. I never understood why people were so mean to me, I just new Bob was different. He sees things differently, the way he paints mountains I know he sees things in a way that was pure and hopeful.

I had my ticked scanned by a young body guard, as cute as he was, he was no Bob Ross. I tried to flirt with him anyways but he ushered me away, this brought small salty tears to fall down my reddened cheek. I needed someone to love, ever since Donkey, Puss and Fiona left I felt lonely and as if it was impossible to speak to anyone as they would tell me to get out or  laugh at me.

"Bob will be worth it, trust me."  I said aloud to myself. A few hours had passed and I hadn't  spoke anyone, instead I walked around the convention peering at the art of others.

"Personal class taught by featured celebrity, Bob Ross, will be held in the west common room. Only verified tickets will be aloud entrance." A large voice called out over the speakers. I gave a smile through my lips and moved quickly through the crowds of people. When I arrived at the steel door another muscular body guard stood still at the door.
"Hi, I'm Shrek," I gave him a large smile and held out my green hand larger then his head.
"I'm not obligated to touch convention customers." He said in a voice which revealed no emotion. I feared to let out any emotion either so, instead I thought of what to say to Bob. I ran through all of the possible suggestions in my head. 'Hi Bob Ross, I'm Shrek.' No too boring, I want him to remember me. 'I'm your biggest fan, I think of you every night.' No too creepy. Before I could think of something else to say the steel door opened and the muscular body guard unroped the passage.

I hopped through the door to see 10 canvases surrounding a pedestal with nothing on it, I chose a random canvas and sat down in the seat next to it. More people piled in to the room and within five minutes the attractive body guard locked the rope back and closed the steal door. I felt as though my body was numb and I could only feel the pumping of my heart when a skinny well dressed figure walked in to the room through the back entrance. I rubbed my ear and stood up to get a better look of him, no one else really acknowledge his presence.

"Good morning everyone," He said making direct eye contact with me. He smiled and looked away as I sat back in my seat.
"Today we will be painting by reference, we will be painting the human form." Bob Ross is standing less the ten feet away from me, he was wearing a blue button up with wide leg pants and he looked like a Greek god to me. A naked man walked through the back entrance and walked on to the pedestal pulling a pose, he was attractive to me but I could only look at Bob Ross squeezing on paint to his mixing board.
"When painting the human form get there body shape first, then go to colour. I will be going around do see your progress". Grabbing my mixing board I began to paint strokes on the canvas in the shape of the naked man's body, when I looked back to admire my art a voice spoke behind me.

"That is impressive," Bob Ross stood behind me with a large smirk pressed in his lips.
"Thank you, thankyou so much. I learnt from the best." Bob Ross leaned in pressing his warm delicate pink hand on my shoulder just where the leather vest ended.
"Ha, your funny... sorry what's your name?" Bob Ross said with is beautiful brown eye piercing into mine, it felt as if we had known each other for years, I was so comfortable with him.
"Shrek, my name is Shrek." I said lust in my eyes
"Well Shrek, as beautiful as your work is, you could refine you brush strokes."
"How do I do that?" I knew how to do it, but I wanted Bob closer to me, I wanted to be vulnerable with him. Bob leaned in scrapping his beard lightly against me face, He gently coiled one hand around mine making my heart skip a beat.
"See, soft, gentle strokes." Once again his eyes meet mine with little room in between our lips, I wanted nothing more then to press against him and never let him go, but I couldn't.
"Wow, that looks so much better." I moved an inch closer to his face, he seemed pleased that I did. Suddenly he moved back making sound that were not understandable, no don't go my body yelled at him but the words didn't make it up to my lips.

As the lesson finished I grabbed my completed art work, thanked the naked man and walked up to Bob Ross, I couldn't get enough of him.
"The lesson was amazing, thank you for teaching me." I spilt out the words trying to sound as confident as possible. Bob quickly spun at the sound of my voice with a smile I printed on face.
"You're an excellent artist Shrek, I know this is inappropriate, but I have an artist group I go to on weekends, I would love it if you made an appearance." Bob removed the items in his hands and looked up at me. His words filled me with pure joy.
"Oh my, YES! I would love too, let me grab a slip of paper, I'll write down the information." Bob let out a small giggle and watched as I pulled out a lined strip of paper along with pen.
"Okay, so it is held at Huffton St, at 8am to 10am. Oh and I better give you my number in case you get lost." Bob Ross slid out is phone ready to get my number, when I finished writing I put the sheet of paper in my back pocket and stood back up straight.
"I, ah, I don't have a phone." I looked a ashamed, I didn't want him to know I didn't have money, he placed his hand under my chin and lifted my large head.
"Hey, I have a spear. You can keep it if you want, take it." He moved his hand in to his fanny pack and grabbed a black I-Phone better then his own.
"No, I cant take that." Bob grabbed my large green hands and placed it inside, I let him.
"If you promise you'll make an appearance at the group." He smiled grabbing a backpack full of art supplies and winking as he turned to walk away.
"Oh, trust me you'll see me there."
