As I got up and dusted myself off, I looked at the two figures who had crashed into us, well almost. One of them resembled a jester, dressed in purple and yellow, while another looked the same, but with a white scarf and his outfit was blue and white.
"Hoo! You two need to be mindful of your surroundings! You almost hit..." He looked at me, probably asking for my name. "Stacy." I say. "Yes! You almost hit Stacy! Hoo!"
The purple one floats around Owl. "We 'Almost' hit her, so everything is good, right Stacy?" I nod, a smile forming on my face. "My name's NiGHTS by the way." She says. The blue one floats around me, eyeing me from head to toe. "My name's Circus and also sorry for almost hitting you." He says, bowing like a stage performer when their dance is over. I shake my head, hands waving. "Oh please! No need to be so formal! Everyone's Okay, so theirs no need for apologies!" I say, flustered.
"We were just so excited, I mean we haven't seen a visitor, since..." Circus looks at NiGHTS. "Wizeman." She says. I nod my head, trying to understand this crazy dream. I mean, I've never had a dream where I've actually dreamed up people! This interesting too. "So, do you guys know where we are? I mean, this is a dream so yo-"
"Wait, Owl, you didn't tell her?" Circus looks over at Owl confused. "Told me about what?" I ask. "Hoo! Well, you see, this isn't actually a dream. This world is real. Only visitors are able to access It when their asleep." I blinked at them. This world was real?! But how? So many questions whirling through my head and I didn't even want to know the answers.
"Hey! You still there?" I open my eyes, Circus's face right in front of mine. "Yeah. Yeah. I'm fine" I say, still trying to process all this. As we walk around the dream gate, Owl and the rest of them tell me more about "Nightopia." The world I'm currently in. Apparently, a long time ago, there was a evil bad guy named Wizeman who wanted to take all of the visitors Ideya. As were talking, I then remember about the horrific nightmare I had before. I stop, feeling something I can't describe. My vision is getting a bit blurry and my hearing muffled. I can hear them all talking to me, but then... black.

"Owl! Do you know what's wrong with her?!" NiGHTS yells, staring at the now catatonic Stacy standing near them. "Hoo! I'm afraid not! Hoo!' Owl says, ruffling his feathers and flying about.
"Why, she's just remembering the nightmare I gave her..." All three of them spun around. "Fyre!" Circus yells, flying towards the Nightmaren at top speed. Fyre moves out of the way at the last second, making Circus go...well...flying. Straight into a tree. As NiGHTS stares at Circus's flailing body, she regains her focus on Fyre. "What do want, Fyre?!" NiGHTS yells, putting herself in front of Stacy, still catatonic. "Me? Oh, I just came for my Ideya! You know It's been so long since we had a visitor..." Fyre says, exgarrting the last sentence. "You gave her a nightmare, didn't you?" NiGHTS replies.
"I merely helped her on her way here. Set her down the right path." He says, nodding slowly. Fyre approaches NiGHTS, a hand extended. "Here, I'll make a deal with you. The girl's Ideya in exchange for her." He says. NiGHTS gets closer to Stacy, Owl now joining in. "No deal!" NiGHTS yells. "Ahh... Well, I was trying to make this easy for you, but, I guess we're doing this the hard way..." Fyre launches into NiGHTS, pushing her into one of the doors on the outer ring of the Dream Gate. As Circus finally gets out of the tree, he looks around, seeing NiGHTS and Fyre.
NiGHTS looks at Fyre with wide eyes before getting pushed through the doorway and disappearing. Fyre emerges from the doorway, smirking at Circus. "What did you do?!" Circus yells. "Oh? Don't worry about NiGHTS. She's safely in an Ideya Palace." He says, as he picks up Stacy bridal style, still catatonic. "My, my! You poor thing! Don't worry, soon, you'll never have to come back here again.." He says, paralooping and opening up a portal.
"Where are you taking her!? Circus yells. Fyre doesn't respond and carries Stacy through the portal.
As Circus and Owl look at the spot where Fyre and Stacy just disappeared, Circus, with a determined look on his face flew off. "Where are you going!?" Owl yells.
"To get my new friend back."
