:: Kurogiri's POV ::

It's been three days. Ms. Toshinori still hasn't woken up, but seems to be completely healed. Tomura had me move all of her belongings here so she wouldn't be caught be the police.
It's another day waiting for any sign of consciousness from the girl upstairs.
Dabi walks into the bar and I slide him a glass of apple juice, "it's to early for alcohol."
Dabi shrugs and slowly sips the juice. He looks like he hasn't gotten any sleep since that occurred.
The entire league is in a meloncholy state without Toshinori around. No one laughs or speaks to one another. It's really upsetting.
I look down at the counter and begin wiping it off again, for the 10th time today.
Suddenly, something wonderful and unexpected happens. I look towards the stairway as I hear light footsteps rise and fall. Dabi glances up and follows my gaze and his back straightens as all his attention is directed towards the doorway, waiting and watching.
(Y/n) pokes her head around the corner and looks around the room with quick eyes until her gaze lands on Dabi.
She runs over to him with a burst of speed and jumps into his arms before he can react. Her arms wrap around him and he hugs her tightly. "Dabi... I missed you.."
He hugs her back and his face in the crook of her neck, "bunny..."
Toshinori lets go of Dabi and walks over to where Tomura is sulking. She pokes his cheek and he jumps up and hugs her, "(y/n)!!"
Everyone looks up and towards her with widened eyes, clearly excited to see her. Before I know it she is being smothered in a large group hug. This is the first time I've seen any of them behave like this. I'm not complaining of course, it's a welcome change to see everyone happy like this.
Toga holds onto (y/n) and hides her face, "I missed you.."
(Y/n) hugs her tightly and rubs Toga's back gently like a mother would soothe a crying child. "I missed you too, Toga. It's all good now, so we can go play a game or something later."
This seems to cheer Toga up and for the first time in days, she has her smile back.
At last, (y/n) walks over to me and gives me a hug as best as she can. "Hey, Kuro. How long was I out for?"
I look at her for a moment, "three days. Can you still use your quirks?"
She holds out her hand and a large flame engulfs her entire arm. Her eyes widen and she estinguishes the flame, "I only tried to make a small one.."
As I suspected. Whatever that was that night when she was glowing, it made her abilities stronger. "I know, little one."
She gives me another hug unexpectedly, and just holds on to me. "Kurogiri. I want to thank you. Since I joined the League, you have acted more like a father to me in the past week then my actual dad has for 18 years."
I hug her back, "It is my pleasure. I don't understand how he could've treated you that way. Calm down, you're home."
She let's me go and sits down next to Dabi at the bar. "It's good to be home then."

:: Dabi's POV ::

I was almost scared to let her go when she hugged me. I'm not scared of anything. Well at least I wasn't until I met (y/n). She turned my entire world around, and she has me in a dream every time she smiles at me.
I am unsure about my feelings currently. I do like (y/n). A lot. It's like Everytime I see her, the rest of the world disappears. I do want to ask her to be my girlfriend, but I can't find the words.
What is she likes someone else? What if she is disgusted by me, like nearly everyone else seems to be..
"Dabi? Are you okay?" Her voice shakes me from my thoughts and she gives me a concerned look.
I give her a small smile, "I'm fine, (y/n) I promise. Just glad that you're back."
She wraps an arm around my shoulders and smiles back at me with the palest tint of pink dusted on her cheeks. "I'm glad to be back."
Is she blushing?!
She smiles at me again and grabs my arm lightly, telling Toga and Tomura to follow her. (Y/n) leads us up stairs and helps us climb onto the roof.
We all lay on the roof, basking in the dusk light and relaxing in the warm air. Suddenly (y/n) speaks. Her voice quiet and serious. "You want to know why I brought you all up here? Because I have to tell you something. I died three days ago. I don't recall what happened but as I lay dying, all I could think of, was you three."
Tomura sits up and looks at her curiously, "us?"
(Y/n) nods her head, "yeah. You guys are the greatest things to ever happen to me. I was ready to let go, then I started thinking of all the reasons to hold on. You guys are those reasons. The only reason why I'm alive is because of you."
We go silent and look at (y/n) and just mutually hug her.
The last of the birds chirps die out, and the stars begin to come out as the sky darkens. Tomura and Toga head inside back inside through the window leaving (y/n) and I. A shiver runs down her spine visibly. I pull her closer to me and hand her my coat.
She puts in on and I hold her in my arms warming her up.
She snuggles closer to me and mumbles into my chest, "... I'm so scared.."
My grip tightens a little and my voice is low, "You should never be afraid. I'm here."
Her voice sounds almost meloncholy, "that's why I'm scared.. what if I go to sleep and when I wake up, you're not going to be there.. a-and I'm going to be back there.. dying slowly on the floor." her shoulders quake and I can tell that she's crying.
I lift her face towards mine with a gentle hand under her chin, "that's why I just won't leave then.. I'll never leave, so you never have to cry again."
She smiles up at me as tears stream down her cheeks. "Okay."
(Y/n) rests her head on my chest and breathes slowly starting to relax. I softly sing a song barely above a whisper just for her ears alone.

I pet her hair and continue singing to her until the moon is high in the sky. Everything about her is just so amazing.. from her (h/l) (h/c) hair, to her bright smile that reminds me what it's like to be alive.
Everything about her it's just... She's so beautiful..
She wraps her arms around my waist and I can tell that she is starting to doze off. She mumbles softly, "... You are just so.. handsome.."
My eyes widen slightly and it occurs to me. I have totally fallen for (y/n)..
