When You Cry

Steve

When Steve catches you crying, he tends to smother you a bit by asking what's wrong or trying to help over and over. You know he means well but you may have to ask him to back up a bit. Nevertheless, he's always there to lend a listening ear. He also gives really good advice.

Tony

Tony just gazes into your eyes with a sweet smile on his face, repeating the phrase "come on, (Y/N)" until you give in and smile. Afterwards he'll sit you down and and talk through the issue with you, helping in any way he can.

Bruce

He hardcore plays therapist. He'll use techniques that his own therapist uses on him, probing the depths of your brain to help you figure out what the real problem is. He doesn't touch you unless you specify that you want him to because he knows he doesn't like to be touched when he's upset.

Thor

Thor pulls you into the most gentle hug ever and lets you cry into his shoulder while he strokes your hair. He doesn't ask what's wrong, knowing that if you wanted to tell him you would. If you do tell him, he sits there and listens intently without saying a word.

Natasha

Natasha has this habit of bringing you a bottle of water when you cry. She figures that crying makes you dehydrated. Like Thor, she doesn't push you to tell her anything unless you want to. She whispers comforting words to you until you feel better.

Loki

If you're crying, Loki is also crying. He's a sympathy crier and every time you cry, the way he gets you to stop is by warning you that you're going to make him cry too. This usually doesn't work though, and the two of you turn into a blubbering mess until you're ready to talk it out.

Bucky

Bucky has no idea what to do when you cry. He usually just ends up awkwardly sitting beside you, letting you hold his hand if you want to. When you look over at him, he's got the cutest, worried puppy dog look on his face and it makes you feel 20x better. He doesn't even have to say anything.
