His Betrothed {Taegi/YoongixTaehyung}

Prologue

Yoongi sobbed loudly for the past hour trying to cry out for help as he watched his parents' corpses get burned in the car infront of him. He couldn't even save him especially when he's just a kid and got caught up in the debris of some parts of the car and a big old tree. He didn't know if he was crying from the pain or from the horror of watching the morbid scenery infront of him.

His sobs began to quiet down when he looked up the half-blocked sky by the huge branches of trees. He hiccupped a few times as he followed the smoke that lead to the high cliff with a broken railing. He groaned as he gritted his teeth and let a final utter cry but it soon flushed it out by the loud roar of thunder. He wailed in frustration, pain and horror at how the storm could silence his cries. He panted as he watched the car to continue to burn. He slightly smiled as he knew that he'd be able to reunite with them... or so he thought.

He groaned a little when he felt the branch on him move. He gasped as the thing was lifted off of him. He slowly opened his eyes and he kept face to face with a blurred figure. The man grinned and placed his hands on Yoongi's sides. The little one widened his eyes and shook his head. He has seen a long metal shard that pierced through his stomach. He whimpered and begged the man to not pull him off but much to his pleas the man swiftly pulled him off. He screamed so loud during the process and felt himself being cradled closer to the man's chest.

Yoongi gasped and sat up straight. He panted and quickly looked for his surroundings. He then realized that he was in his own room. He sighed as he leaned on the headboard. He glanced at his old black teddy bear and hugged it to his chest. He ran his fingers though his hair and grimaced how wet they were before slumping his hand to the side. He turned his head and saw the big red angry numbers at his nightstand telling him he was two hours away from having to prepare for school. He groaned as he watched his curtains flow through the wind for some unknown reason he felt like he was expecting something but he didn't know who or what it was so he let himself get lulled back to sleep.

Yoongi slept peacefully for the two straight hours unaware that someone entered his room. The man quietly sat on the edge of Yoongi's bed and slowly leaned down to brush the hair out of Yoongi's face with his fingers. He licked his lips and grinned slowly crouching down to whisper in Yoongi's ear

"I missed you..."

Yoongi gasped and sat upstraight and shivered. He glanced his clock and frowned. 6:40 AM. It said so he hurriedly scrambled out of bed and ran to his bathroom to take a quick shower. He sighed once the water hit his skin. "Another shitty day..." He groaned.

Soon he was quietly running down. He was careful not to disturb his uncle and aunt who were sprawled on the couch. Waves of empty bottles piled up to the corners and ashtray filled with used sticks lingered on the couch and living room table. He had to tiptoe to the door and avoid the trashes on the floor. Once he got out he closed the door with a soft click. He sighed in relief and ran to the bus waiting in its post. He took a seat beside his best friend Hoseok.

"You okay?" Hoseok asked. He smiled and nodded. He has stick to his side the first day he went to high school ans since then they have been inseparable. Honestly thinking he thought that they wouldn't get along quite well considering how Hoseok is the school's literal sunshine while Yoongi is categorized the quiet gloomy emo kid but never the less he was grateful to have him.

"Yoongs... you look like shit... now don't lie to me...." He pouted.

"Sorry... I still have those dreams..." Yoongi admitted defeatedly

Hoseok softened his gaze at Yoongi. He was the only one who knew about the accident and Yoongi's nightmares from it.

"Hey... What did you see now?" he asked. He was aware of Yoongi's episodes and his amnesia of the accident. Apparently Yoongi gets snaps and flashes of what happened.
