The second we hit land, Bucky and I hit the ground running. We were out of the way in a flash. We couldn't be anywhere near there when the cops showed up. I heard sirens in the distance, the men fulfilling my orders. We were in a bustling port city. We landed in Villagarcia.  Bucky and I headed toward a treeline, finding comfort in the shadows.

"A la Mierda la policía!' I laughed as we ran from the sirens.

"What?" Bucky shook his head while laughing at me.

"Fuck the police, my dear friend." I said to Bucky while running beside him. We kept a fast pace. I had a bionic leg that doubled my speed and he had super serum coursing through his veins which doubled his speed.

Bucky and I ran for almost an hour, putting a fair amount of distance between us and the police. We began walking, both taking a break from the running.

I began to hum a song, not in the mood for the silence we had. Bucky turned to me, a small smile formed on his lips. He nodded his head along to the small show I put on.

We came up to a town about a half an hour later as the sun began to set. I debated, we need to keep moving since the dark could shelter us, but he needed rest. Just from the look on his face, he hasn't slept hardly at all on that ship.

"I think we need to sleep." I announced.

"I won't-," he started, wanting to say the same line about not sleeping.

"Bucky, you need to sleep. It doesn't take a mind reader to see how exhausted you are." I stopped walking, looking at him with concern. He nodded, agreeing in silence.

"I will watch over you for the night. I know you may not trust me yet, but I swear I'd put down my life for yours. It's a military thing." I laughed at the last part. He rolled his eyes. He would be unsteady all night, but at least his body will be at rest partly.

"Okay." he stated simply. I began climbing a tree, finding a sturdy branch to find rest on. I leaned on the trunk. Bucky followed suit and found a branch to rest on. He looked to me, and I nodded encouragingly. He leaned his head back, closing his eyes. I took my gun off, hanging it on a branch just a bit above us, following Buckys lead as he did the same thing. Our smaller guns remained on us.

A few hours passed and I saw Bucky start leaning toward me, his body slumped completely. I sat on a branch that was next to his, moving insanely quiet. I leaned on the branch I was sitting on. I just wanted to make sure he wouldn't fall. Another hour passed and he was slumped on me. His legs dangling off a branch while he used my body as a bed.

He was heavy, but the branches supported us. His head was on my chest, resting comfortably by my shoulder. His torso on my hip area, and his legs tangled with the branch mine were on that was just below his branch. I played with his hair, comforting me more than him.

He didn't get a lot of sleep normally, so he needed this. He needed the comfort. His body was completely relaxed and his mind was completely blank. He was in a deep sleep which is hard to achieve, but it didn't surprise me. He was exhausted and in a semi comfortable position. I mean I was a soft person.

I sighed, watching the sunrise after a few hours of him sleeping on me. I watched the purples and pinks dance in harmony with each other and the blues soundlessly creeping on the dancing. The sky was waking up. Bucky stirred, but I shushed him, stroking and playing with his hair once again. He settled once more.

I watched the entire sunrise before the birds began chirping. They woke him up. He sat up from my chest and looked around, seemingly confused. He sat up on his own branch and I readjusted myself, but ass long asleep. I let my body heal from the indents and the sleeping parts.
