Today was Halloween and it was probably the worst holiday of the year for me because for one i don't celebrate it and don't enjoy it at all and i wasn't even gonna to lie, i was honestly really scared of this holiday because of an experience that happened when i was really small and i will never forget it. I grew up in a Christian home so we didn't really celebrate that type of stuff and we just considered it as the devil holiday. We only celebrated Christmas and Thanksgiving and those were the only holidays i enjoyed.

A bunch of students are going to be dressed up in their costumes but i didn't need to dress up as anything because i didn't care for Halloween and might be the only one with no costume because it was always like that when i went to school.

I grabbed my bag and walked down the stairs and i stopped in my tracks when i seen all the Halloween decorations and my 7 year old little cousin came popping out of nowhere with his spiderman costume and i looked around and saw all these fake skeletons around the house and i seen Teresa dressed up in her little costume with blood all over it and she had on dark makeup with fake blood all over her lips and around her eyes.

"Hey August Happy Halloween" she said bending down to fix Mason costume.

"What is all this?" I questioned looking around.

"It's Halloween" she answered.

"I know but i feel uncomfortable"  i said.

"What? You don't celebrate Halloween?" She questioned walking over to me and i backed up.

"Nah" i said looking around the room.

My Uncle came walking in and he came in with a whole ripped up suit with blood all over it and he had his hair all messed up and he had fake blood all over his face and i shook my head and just walked passed them and walked out the house and the front of house was filled with decorations with skeletons all on the ground and i jumped when i seen two fake looking ghost things hanging in front of the house and i sped walk to my car and got in and backed out the driveway.

I arrived at the school and all i saw was people with costumes and masks as i expected and i got out of my car and walked inside the school and i saw Terrance with his group of friends and i was surprised when i seen him dressed up in a Halloween costume. We didn't celebrate that stuff so i was confused as to why he was all dressed up in a costume.

"Hey what's up August!! Who you suppose to be?" Terrance girlfriend Jahmera asked.

"Nobody" i said before walking away to my locker.

I was a loner so i didn't really have anybody to talk to when i came to school. I wondered why people were so afraid to speak to me. I am a very chill and cool person but i guess people don't see me as that and just see me as a mean person.

I sat on a staircase where kids didn't really hang out at and just sat there by myself and  m,waited for the bell to ring. As i waited for the bell to ring i took out a blunt and lit it up and smoked it. Weed wasn't allowed here at the school but i really didn't care. Plenty of kids around here be smoking and don't get caught and just get away with it and some get caught and get suspended but i was going to smoke whether they like it or not. I love getting high and it just makes feel good and all my stress and pain just go away when i'm high.
