Chapter 1-Wilted Roses
I don't want to start this story off to bore you, but we need to get some things out of the way. I was living a pretty normal, boring life, and I was happy with it. I was used to being at home, reading or spending time with my cats that was the highlight of my life and still is.
Those things changed when I met him.
He made me want to go out, try new things, meet new people. I wanted to because it was with him, call me crazy for being like that but it's something most people don't get to experience. I usually kept a distance from guys mostly because I didn't know how to interact with them.
He was different, he had a certain allure to him something that made me want to know more, but it was almost like I knew his type. It would have to be a tall- modelesque woman, something I was far from..
I used to see him every day, he would come to my work, a small cafe near my college. Always ordered and a scone and small coffee. I wondered if he went there too, but I never did see him.
I guess men scared me, having no experience, and hearing horror stories from my friends there certainly weren't much to go off of.
I don't want to give any more away, so enjoy the beginning, just as I did.
