1- The arrival

Before i offically start the story, heres some stuff that may be important

Backstory: You are lieutanent Hank Anderson's 21 year old daughter

Note: most things that occur in the story do not accually happen in the game. I myself have not played the game, but ive seen some gameplay of it. I hope you enjoy this garbage :P

Your POV

As Im petting Sumo, i hear the front door to the house open. Sumo jumps up and pounces towards my room door, his tail wagging happily. I chuckle and hop up, opening the door for him. "Im home!" I hear dad call. I head downstairs to the living room, only to be greeted by.... an android. "Hello (y/n). My name is Connor. CyberLife sent me to partner with lieutenant Anderson to track down all deviants. It is nice to meet you." I nod, somewhat confused. My dad HATES androids. Its his worst nightmare to have to be around one, let alone work with one. I nod and smile softly. "Nice to meet you too, Connor." I say. Dad walks into the room, a beer in his hand. "Already drinking, I see" I say matter-of-factly. He glares and chuckles. "You know me."

About an hour passes, and I am already kinda comfortable around Connor. He curiously asked me why I still live with my father. "Hes uhm.... very protective over me. Ya know he hates androids... with a passion. He doesnt think Im ready to be on my own just yet." I answer truthfully. He nods. I see Connor start to fiddle with a coin in between his fingers. He starts twirling it with such ease, and i cant help but stare astonishingly. He continues this for about 10 minutes. "Okay okay Connor, knock that shit off. Its starting to get on my nerves." dad says in an annoyed tone, his words slightly slurred from him being drunk. "I appologise, lieutenant."

Connor starts playing with Sumo, petting his head and playing with his ears. I feel myself smile. Suddenly, dads phone starts to ring. He answers it. "Hello?....yeah......okay.....ill be there when i be there chris." He hangs up. "Work?" i ask. He nods. "Seems we got a deviant on the run. Hes headed up north to Canada." he says gruffly. I nod. "Seems like i have to go out of town for work anymore. Cant even be in the same damn state" he says, taking a swing of his beer. "Which is why Connors gonna be here to watch over you." He points a finger towards Connors direction. I start rambling. "What? Dad, I dont need a fucking babysitter! I can take care of myself!" I say, my voice rising in utter annoyance. "Too late (y/n), ive already made up my mind" he says. He heads upstairs and starts packing his things neccisary for his work trip, stumbling from the alcohol in his system. I sigh and sink into the couch. "Dont worry (Y/N)", Connor starts,"I will be excellent company and wont let any harm come to you." I scoff softly. Damn androids.

"Well, im headed out" dad says, slurring his words. "I'll be gone for about a month and a half. Under no surcumstances will you leave this house. Understood?" "Understood, lieutenant." says Connor. "What? I cant stay inside for a whole month with a fucking android!" I say, obviously pissed about the rule, gesturing over to Connor. "I dont care (y/n). Connor, make sure she doesnt leave this house. Got it?" dad says, a bit tipsy. "Yes, lieutenant." he replies in his monotone voice. And just like that, dad leaves for a fucking month and a half, leaving me alone with an android.

A couple days pass, and im bored out of my goddamn mind. I wont be able to survive much longer if i have nothing to do, And Connor is no help with the boredom. He only seems to make it worse and more obvious. He continuesly asks me questions about myself, and i answer as truthfully as possible. Boy, this is gonna be a long month and a half.
