Once upon a time in the darkness of the night

you and me got into a fight

I still remember the time 1.40AM
When everything was slipping out of our hands

You said yes I said no and then suddenly you were ready to go

You left cold hearted not once looking back
I shattered remembering all the memories we had

The time we made breakfast together and the comments you passed as I dressed whenever

Your heartwarming talks, your sweet smiles haunted my dreams every while

My heart sank thinking of ever living without you
For I have a feeling that I had already lost you

The way you looked at me before leaving is still scored in my mind
As the warmth of your presence left my life

Your things still littered my room
Your touch still lingers on my skin as though carved on my soul

Then you showed up and came to me
Saying that you're sorry and I'm the only one you need

My heart jumped and skipped beats a few
As your sweet scent lured me back to you

My eyes were dry they vowed yo never cry
But seeing you made them ruin my every try

You wiped my tears and held me tight
Savouring my presence hoping everything to be alright

My soul came alive when you whispered my name
And told me nothing has changed we're still the same

I gave in my doubts when tour lips met mine
Sealing the promise we made this time...
