Destiny

Azukulu slowly walked to the river to draw some water for cooking,she walked singing songs which her mother used to sing to her before she died,Azu's parents were killed mysteriously,
As Azukulu drew water from the river she saw something strange on the other side of the river,she swam to the other side to check what it is she saw.Azukulu saw a white man,bleeding all over,the handsome white man was in a critical condition and he was in need of help.She held him strongly and swam with him to other side of the river,as strong and huge as she was ,she carried him on her back and when she reached their camp hid him in her brother's territory known as Kechele and rushed back to the river to pick up the water she had fetched.
Kechele came back from hunting and saw the white man who seemed to be dying,he didn't rush into conclusion but hurriedly went to gather some herbal leaves which would treat the wounds and prevent the man from drawing blood.When he was done making the medicine he came back and cleaned the man's body and applied the medicine on him and let him rest.Kechele sat outside his hut and went deep into thinking suddenly Azu arrived but when she saw her brother she went towards the kitchen ignoring his brother."Azu! stupid girl come here,pretending not to know what you have done bring your tall body here or else i will shorten you,yes you did save a life,i know it is you but Azu do you know this man?why bring a stranger to my hut?"Azukulu kept quiet for a while "is it bad?let him heal and wake up then we will know what to do next"

After some days the white man woke up but had not fully recovered,he did not speak but only opened his eyes.Azu came in and saw him struggling to sit,she helped him and all he did was stare at her,he held her face with his right hand and fainted.The white man woke up ,when water was poured on his face,he screamed but didn't say anything,Azukulu fed him and waited for her brother,Kechele arrived and Azu told him to question the white man."white man what is your name?"
"am prince Chao Lin of the Tao state"
"ewoooo prince in my hut,how comes you are not as black as your father,where are you from ?your eyes are supernatural"
"am from Beijing China and my father is not black as you say ,my father is the king of the Tao state"
"aah,ok though those words you have said to my ears are not familiar,Kechele,come in!we need to carry this man to the King,he might be the king's son from another planet"

They placed him  behind their cart and delivered him to their King
Their King was dressed in fine linen cloth and his camp was the largest
"Your majesty,greetings today i bring you a young man who is more colourful than you are ,he claims to be your son,so i brought him here cause you are the only one who could understand him"
When Azu came in with the prince,the King and all the servants went down on their knees to greet the young master.At that moment Azu and Kechele were confused.Prince ordered them to rise on their feet .The reason why Azu and Kechele were confused is that they were not exposed to the outside world,people from the village despised them so they weren't sent on errands.The people of Azu were refugees from Africa who stayed in Tao but in their camp is where the people of Tao got their slaves and the one they called their king was the leader chosen by the King himself.They believed that Azu's family would bring bad luck and so they isolated them
"my prince we have to take you back to your state or else we will be in trouble and also questioned as to why you are here"the king was fearful and did not ask the prince any question

Instead he ordered for his chariots and ordered for the prince to be safely taken to the palace .
"i won't leave without this two siblings who saved me"
"but prince"
"no but's it is not an order but a command!Azu come with me i will take care of you and your brother leave this camp in which you are isolated,though i don't know much but i know here you are not loved,i will make you my personal maid servant and your brother my doctor"
Azu couldn't refuse and so they went without anything but themselves ,together with the prince.Azu and Kechele were happy but didn't know the palace had it's own drama but their lives would change
