chapter seven: believing is seeing

*Eduardo's Pov*

I can actually see Jon, without the phone. At least I think I can, it might just be my imagination but it looks like he’s trying to move a first aid kit, the purple neighbor was grabbing it and bringing it over to me, that's when everything went black.
Next thing I know I wake up next to Jon, he has a slight blue tint to him, and also around him. He was all cuddled up next to me and I could feel my face heating up. That's when Edd walked in, he seemed concerned and that's when I realized I was in the hospital. Or better said an Red Army Base hospital. Everything came back to me at once. Jon is dead, yet, he’s right here? No one else can seem to see him yet, considering the weird looks i’d get from the others when they’d see me looking at jon, or from their perspective, nothing. “Are you okay Eduardo, you had a lot of injuries?” Edd asked. “Yeah I’m fine,” I wonder if the others would see him if he went into something like a phone or tv since i could see him without it now. Maybe I am just be a step ahead of everyone or something. I mutter my idea to Jon, earning a weird look from Edd, and Jon perked up, I think he liked the idea of everyone being able to see him.

*Jon’s Pov*

Looking around the room i spot a tv in the corner and go into it “Hi Edd!” I smile hoping he sees me. He whipped around toward the tv “Jon!? Your really here?!!” My smile widens “You can see me!!! Eduardo it worked!!!”  He gave me a smile, Edd just stared. Soon enough the door handle shook and a someone walked in, they had a blue overcoat over a red hoodie, wait, is that the guy that killed me!?? I think his name was Tord or Todd or something. He walked in and looked at Eduardo “you alright? Oh and I’m sorry about killing your friend all those years ago….” He handed Eduardo flowers and a “get well” balloon. Eduardo looked at me and back at Tord, todd, whatever his name is. Edd just stood there “Tord, umm, Jon is right here” Tord looked really confused, Edd pointed toward me, well, toward the t.v. But Tord still looked confused “do you need a check up too Edd?” He joked, he couldn’t see me… wierd

*Edds Pov*

I wonder why he couldn’t see Jon, “WAIT I’VE GOT IT! Others can't see you because they don't believe you're there, the more people believe the more they see you, like eduardo could see you in the phones and we couldn’t but after seeing the first aid move we can see you in electronics and Eduardo can see you without anything!!”  I may be a little proud of my discovery.

*Tom’s Pov*

I walked in and kissed Tord’s forehead, looking at the screen. “Why are we all looking at a black screen?”  Eduardo turned to me and said “Jon.” What??? He died….. right? “He’s a ghost, and he’s here,” Edd tried to explain, “well he’s actually in that tv, but i guess you guys can’t see him yet.” I just roll my eyes “Edd, I never thought you’d go this far to prank me. Pretending like there's a- WHAT THE HELL THE REMOTE JUST MOVED ON ITS OWN!?” Eduardo laughed a bit, “Edd’s not joking, its Jon.” i looked at the remote closely, there's no strings… But ghosts don’t exist? I look up and say “I need a bit to process how you did that” then I walked out, Tord running after me. “Tom, they could be telling the truth,” Tord said he looked a bit nervous, he must not like the idea of the person he killed being there, well here. “Tord, you know Edd he loves to play pranks on us” i tried to calm down Tord a bit, but he just shook his head “I hope that’s it….” he was barely audible. I smile and grab his hand, he pulled it away. “Tord?” He looked up at me and his eyes were blood red “I’m your leader” the way he said it hurt, he looked down and whispered “I’m sorry, I have to be mean to you, remember you are the fresh meat”

*Jon’s Pov*

I’ve been laying with eduardo for a while and we’ve been alone for at least 10 minutes. But neither of us have said a word since Tom and Tord left. He spoke up after a while “Hey Jon….” I look at him “hm?” He looks away and said “I’m glad your still with me.” I smiled and blushed “thanks Eduardo,I like staying with you” i said in a sweet, innocent voice “and anyway, i don’t even know where i would go”  he tried to hug me but his arms went right through me. We both sighed and after a few minutes he got really close to me and whispered “I wish you were alive right now” before he fell asleep. After I was sure he was asleep, I decided to sleep myself.
