It was midday and alot of luxury cars could be seen trooping in and out of The Charlton Property; the largest housing of 21st-century-Houston. Alot of people could be seen walking through the heavily-decorated boulevard; all full of high spirits for this great event.

Mr. Russell Charlton, one of the richest multi-billionaires and sole proprietor of the largest petroleum firm in the US had thrown the biggest in the history of Houston. It was the naming of his only daughter and child - the only thing his wife had left him before she died at childbirth.

People could be heard chattering, classical music playing in the background, the security personnel were all on guard. There were lots of A-list personalities present for this ceremony including the former governor of Texas, the mayor of Houston and many other multi-billionaires, all dressed in very expensive wears. There were lots of assorted foods to eat - pasta, meatloaves, cereals, gravy, soup etc. And also alot to drink - champagne, red wines, cocktails, soft drinks, whiskey and coffee. Of course, there was cake, cream and baking for dessert. In fact, there was more than enough to eat and drink.

I brought in the jolly and healthy-looking baby who had a striking resemblance of her late mother in her fancy-but expensive cart. The children present were also expensively-dressed as they were children of wealthy individuals.

There were lots of gift items for the baby as Mr. Charlton had many friends and well-wishers. Mr. Wallace Chapman, who was Mr. Charlton's most trusted ally and also Chloe's godfather stood beside his wife and his son who held a cart in which he carried a little baby girl who is almost as the same age as Chloe.

The ceremony had begun and more gifts were coming. Chloe suddenly started crying so loud I realized she had peed on her diaper. I was signaled by Mr. Charlton to quickly take the baby inside in other not to draw unnecessary attention. . I rode little Chloe to the room and removed her diaper and clothes to give her a warm bath because she was still crying.

I walked to the bathroom and as I stretched to collect the liquid soap container I noticed it wasn't in the place where I had kept it after I bathed Chloe in the morning. I also had a strange feeling someone was watching but I overlooked it. Just as I noticed a fading in the sound of the baby's cry I rushed back to the room to carry her back to the bathroom but to my greatest shock, her cart was empty!
