Yuna clamped her hands tightly in front of her, nervousness running through her.

Regret already threw itself over her, but she knew she had to do it. She had no other choice.

Hesitantly, she knocked the door loudly thrice and waited. She knew Yoongi would be here.

Eventually the door opened, revealing a tall boy wearing jeans, a white tee and a jacket. He was surprised to see her, his eyes showed and he held the door ajar.

"Well, well, look who we have here," he said, amusement lacing his voice and smile his lips.

Something inside Yuna crumpled.

"Come on in, the Chosen One," he said and ushered her inside. The flat, although not the best, had a homely touch to it, and maybe that was why she liked coming here. She sat herself on the couch, opposite to Yoongi.

He sat leaning forward, had his fingers intertwined in front of him on the knees. His eyes held a special glow, one expectant, and the guilt inside Yuna was clawing harder at her.

"Did you get any updates? Did they listen to the demo?" he asked, genuine curiousity in his voice and eyes.

"Yes," Yuna strained out, surprisingly upset about it.

His eyes brightened. "Really? What did they say?"

"They said it's amazing," she replied shortly.

Yoongi frowned. He leaned towards her. "Yuna, what's wrong?"

He had so much sincerity in his voice, all determination Yuna built up for the past three days drained out the moment he asked that. She let her head fall into her hands, a gesture she did when she was nervous.

Yoongi knew that. "Yuna, please tell me what's wrong. Why are you upset?"

She sighed. "Yoongi," she said, lifting her head up. "They're asking for the whole song."

"Well," he shrugged, looking into her eyes. "I think that's really fortunate and I don't get why you're so sad about it."

"Yoongi, you don't get it."

"That's what I'm asking you to explain." He leaned close. "What's wrong?"

"Yoongi, they listened to the demo that you made, thinking I did it, and now they're asking for the whole song. How do you think that sounds?"

Yoongi's face relaxed of the down and his shoulders visibly deflated. He leaned back in the sofa and crossed his legs. "That's what's it's about?"

Yuna didn't say anything. She didn't know what to say or what to expect from him.

"Yuna," he said casually. "I think you're dumb. Like really dumb."

She stayed silent.

"How can you let one simple little thing come in way of your happiness?"

She tilted her head at him, fascinated for some reason.

"You stupid girl," he said, getting up from the couch and sitting by her side. "Now what you're going to do is cheer up, take my song and submit it to them, get it?"

Yuna started. "But Yoongi—"

"Do I have to remind you again?" His eyes were piercing hers.

"Yoongi, you have already done so much for me, I don't think I should burden you anymore."

His eyes softened. "No. Firstly, I didn't do much, it's just a song for god's sake. Secondly, we're friends. Of course, we'd help each other in need."

Her heart cracked. That's right, that's what I'm to him.

"But still," she said. "I can't do that. What they think is my talent is actually yours. I am getting the wrong credit."

Yoongi licked his lips. "Then, what do you suggest we do?"

Yuna pursed her lips. She never thought of that before. "I... don't know. I'll just like, resign?"

Yoongi shook his head. "No, that's not going to happen. You have way too much talent to be thrown out after getting selected. Nope."

"But whether they know it or not, I feel so bad. It's like I'm doing something... illegal."

"No need to feel bad about it. We keep doing stuff like this for each other. No biggie."

"Still, I can't help the feeling."

Yoongi slapped his thighs. Thinking, he said, "Okay, I think this will make you feel better; when you get famous, you'll give me one of your songs too. This way, you can repay me. Although there's no need to."

She pulled up a smile. "Thank you so much, Yoongi," she said.

Yoongi smiled back and hugged her.

She returned the hug happily, holding him tightly.

For everything.
