I walked through all the terminals with my plane ticket in one hand, while my luggage was in the other. I looked up to see Terminal 35 in a bright sign next to a Starbucks.

This is just what I need, I thought to myself. I had an awful hangover from the night before, not being able to get much sleep. All I knew was that I needed to get some rest on the plane so I would look a little presentable at my college tour.

"One iced americano please." I said.

"Your total will be 4.99." The Starbucks worker said. I digged in my wallet for a $5 bill and handed it to the lady.

"Here's your chan-

"You can keep the 1 cent." I said walking over to the pickup counter. I looked down to my phone and noticed that I had a missed call from Jimin and 5 unread messages. I opened my messages, Namjoon's name appearing first.

Namjoon: Hey Y/N. Just checking if you arrived safely.

Hoseok: Are you on the airplane yet? I heard that plane flights usually sell the best kinds of champagne.

Yoongi: Don't forget to send me pictures of the hot flight attendants!
Just kidding.(I'm not really kidding).

"Why am I friends with this kid," I say to myself while writing a response to him, then Namjoon, and Hoseok. After replying to them, I opened Jimin's message and read something that I hoped to unsee.

Jimin: Call me when you can.

Jimin: I think we should talk about what happened last night.

It took me a few seconds to process what I had just retrieved. I looked up from my phone and shut my eyes as an attempt to remember the events from last night. All I could remember was losing a bet to Yoongi-which caused me to drink for the first time. After those happenings, I couldn't decipher how the rest of the night went.

Holyshit-please don't tell me I did something stupid that I would regret, I thought. I didn't know how to respond to him, so I just left the chat without saying a word.

"One Iced Americano." My drink was ready for pickup and I made my way to the counter. I picked up my drink and headed out to my terminal.

"Flight 6-13 will be ready to board in 5 minutes." I was now waiting to aboard-with people all around me, standing and waiting as well. Soon enough the 5 minutes went by, and I was now walking onto the plane, looking for my seat. Shit. I successfully found my seat when I realized that I'd have to sit next to a mother with her baby.

"Exuse me." I said politely. I moved past them to get to the window seat.
Its only 5 hours, I can handle this.

Time flew by and the plane was taking off from the runway. I looked out my window and saw as the wheels of the plane lifted up from the ground and into the air. This is it. I thought again. I was off to college, a place far away from my family and friends. It felt so surreal that in a couple of hours, I will be taking a tour of my college campus, meeting all my professeurs and such. I couldn't believe that I actually got accepted into a fine art school like Gernwood, a school that I've dreamed of going to since my freshman year. And through all the stresssful essays and the nerve-wracking wait of the acception or denial letter, I had my supportive friends there with me. I can remember the times where I spent pulling all-nighters studying so that I could get here. Yoongi would always tell me to relax and to not overwork myself. Hoseok would make me feel better by encouraging me, making me feel proud about my work. Namjoon offered to help me out on my written essays, which was a huge help in the end. And on the nights where I was stressed as hell, Jimin came over to take me out for a milkshake and just chill.
I closed my eyes and tried to catch some sleep so that I could at
least be half-awake during the tour.

"Whaaaaaaaa." I quickly opened my eyes and took a glance at the baby next to me, crying because of who knows what.

"Shhhh it's okay," the mother whispers to her child. I give her a fake smile and lean my head against my seat. 5 more hours.

I had a chance to sleep for about 3 hours on the plane. I woke up to see one of the flight attendants leaning over, trying to tap me on the shoulder perhaps. I sat up straight and apoligized, clearing my throat. I headed out with all of my belongings, and sooner or later I was out of the airport and into a cab heading to campus.

" So, are you from around here?" The cab driver asked me when I gave him the adress to Gernwood.

"Actually no, I moved here for college." I said. Pulling out my phone from my pocket, I took another look at Jimin's message from earlier. I decided that maybe I should just face this, making sure that I sounded as straightforward as possible.

Y/N: I think that we should just forget everything from last night tbh.

Message Sent. Well, I guess that's off my mind now right? I still felt curious about what happened yesterday, maybe because of what I am afraid of hearing.

The cab came to a stop in front of Gernwood, and I looked out the window for a few seconds before paying and heading out.

"Wow." I said taking a picture of the large campus. I knew what the Gernwood looked like from online pictures, but the place looked much bigger in person. I forwarded the message to my mom who was dying to hear back from me when I arrived.

Y/N:

  Mom: Omg! Thats tots awesome

Mom: Omg! Thats tots awesome.

Y/N: Yea, please don't ever say those words again.

Mom: Hey I'm your mother, I can say whateva I want.

Y/N: It's whatever, not "whateva."

I gave out a small giggle from my mom's use of words, and closed my messages. I checked the time on my home screen and almost gasped when I read the time.

10 minutes!!?! I thought to myself. I only had 10 minutes until my first meet for orientation began. I still didn't find my dorm, yet alone meet my roomate. I began running to the main doors in the front, and stopped by the front desk to get dorm number. As soon as I recieved it, I headed up some stairs and stopped when I read my room number on a door. I moved closer and opened the door slightly to see if anyone was in the room. I didn't see anyone in, so I decided to put my things down and head to the bathroom. I looked around the bathroom, and it surprised me of how a shower, toilet, and sink could fit all in one small space. I wasn't complaining, but it was something that I would have to get used to. I looked in the mirror ahead and saw that my hair looked awful, and my lips were dry. I quickly brushed the strands of my hair with a mini brush I packed, and applied some lip gloss to add something to my dull face.

I ran out with my phone in my hand, and a side bag in the other. My first orientation meet up was in the auditorium, and I prayed that the tour didn't start yet. But of course, I had very bad luck that day, so when I opened the doors to the auditorium, everyone in the room turned around and looked to where the interruption was coming from, which was me.
