"Vira! Why do you do this? It is nonsensical to torture my people, my family, my kingdom!" Princess Unknown screamed at the woman, pulling on her chains, as if it would help her free. She knew it was useless to try to deter her. She disliked her own father as well for what he did to the Cyrenth Empire.
Her father, King of the Meris Dynasty, had promised Vira's kingdom fortune and prosperity for their allyship, they accepted. But soon enough Cyrenth fell into war with the Seya Kingdom and they called for Meris' help but The king turned a blind eye to their pleading. After losing and surrendering half of their data, they forgot all about what he had done, except for the low-income peasant's child, Vira, she knew that simple action lead her Country to poverty, which in turn killed her mother and father.
Vira manically chuckled at her petty attempt "Oh princess, you didn't even try! You're father will pay for what he did!" she pointed a knife at him "I will kill all he holds dear to him, along with everyone in this weak, little, bloop on the map, that doesn't agree with me, so that he feels my pain! He, in a way, killed my parents and most of my family, and I will return the favor!" she pressed the blade against the princess' windpipe to where she could feel her skin slicing and peeling back "And once he has been scarred, I will lock him up, and let him have just enough to live as long as he can so he can suffer. The one reason I haven't killed myself already, is to make him suffer." she pulled away the knife allowing the girl to get a much needed gasp for air. She didn't disagree with Vira, but her father did care about her so she was on the killing list. All of a sudden, "NewPlayer.exe is creating her avatar." The Voice said.
The Voice was a voice that announced things like 'So and so is creating his/her/their avatar' or 'Someone and Somebody are creating a new avatar' The Kings and Queens of this time were decedents of the first players who were the rulers because they were the most advanced of the time. People just started appearing and learned new things to stay alive. Then it was more of a survival type game and not a story.
Vira smiled "What side will they chose? Mine? Or Death?"
