Chapter Nine

Cynder's Pov-

Taking his aim and shot multiple times at me. I drove, dust kicking up from my wheels, the desert air dry. Starscream was above me randomly trying to shoot me. Swerving off to the side I avoided a hit to the back. As much as I could I sped up. Of course my follower had started to land and transform once more. Thinking about it for a second I done the same. My blue and black Cybertronian form stood just shorter than him.

Cynder*Buzzing*-"So. Let's finish this shall we?"

Starscream-"Of course little bug!"

He leaped at me quickly and I drew a fist at his wing. Hitting him he hissed in pain throwing random punches and kicks at me. It was sloppy. Starscream wasn't normally like this. Not wanting to take a chance I charged my blaster up some shooting it to draw his attention, and then threw my last knife (Appropriate size for her height) at him lodging it in his stomach.

Cynder*Buzzing*-"Payback hurts like a bitch doesn't it?"

I mocked him, slowly walking to his crumbling form. A smile formed across my face plate as he yelled words at me trying to get me to do something that I wasn't even paying attention to.

Cynder(Com link to Bulk )-"You got them away?"

Bulk (Com link)-"Yeah."

I shook my head and began walking away from Starscream. My peds brought dust up in a cloud with every step.

Cynder (Com link to Bulk)-"I will catch up with you soon. How's the boy doing?"

Bulk(Com link)-"A little shocked Miko could hide this from him...And she's wanting me to say hi."

Cynder(Com link to Bulk)-"Alright say I said hi. And let me say Ratchet won't be happy 'bout this."

I could easily imagine him rolling his eyes at the two right now.

~Back at Base~

Cynder*Buzzing*-"Ratchet, we got a new member!"

Ratchet-"Another? Don't tell me it's another human...It is, is it not?"

I just chuckled as Miko brought her friend in. Optimus behind them both. Smiling I beeped in greeting, he gradually smiled back. He was going to say something. Looking over my few wounds from Starscream. Nithing to bad that won't heal fastly.

Op-"It seems we have a new member to protect...I am Optimus Prime. We are an autonomous Robotic organisms from the planet Cybertron. As our planet was raveged by years of war, we came here, and are guardians to Miko, Jack, and Rafeal, as well as all human kind. You will soon receive a guardian as well. Our medic is Ratchet..."

Cynder*Buzzing-"We all call him doc though. To annoy him."

Optimus looked at me as I interupted and the boy most likely had no idea what I said.

Op-"The one who brought you here is Bulkhead Miko's guardian. Over there is Arcee Jacks guardian, Bumblebee Rafs guardian. Over there the tall one is Ironhide. And Cynder the one who fought the other, Starscream..."

Cybder*Buzzing*-"Saving you and Miko's butts."

I interupted again in mummbling.

Op*Sighing*-"And she will be your protector."

I shot my head up sharply. Giving Optimus a look of shock.

Cynder*Buzzing*-"Optimus is that a good idea we are both danger prons here. Well he is now. Can't Ironhide watch him?"

Op-"I can have him help you, but you will be watching...Carter was it?"

He looked at Miko carefully asking the question.

Miko-"Yeah. And he got a really cool bot to! I wouldn't switch though no offense. Me and Bulk have to many fun times."

I let out a silent sigh walking next to the boy. This was just great.

Cynder*Buzzing*-I should go and get you home then Carter."

Carter-"Wait a minute how come I am now being able to understand her?"

Cynder*Buzzing*-"Don't ask me I don't know."

With that I went to my alt form and waited for Carter to get in. When he was seated I took off him giving me Directions.
