"How do you know you aren't a copy of me?"

Her words rang through my head, and I lowered my sword, thinking about the words. She's right. I don't know if I'm a copy of her.. But that doesn't mean she knows anything! I raised my sword again, high and strong. "Teresa! Be careful! Don't go slashing up wildly, because that other you has major pressure flowing out from her!" Pressure..? Ah, I'm guessing it means her power levels.. Well, it'll only take a few minutes to slash her up a bit.. Right? I raised my sword, up to my stomach, making the long, silver sword shine with it's clean, blade in the sun. I then swiftly positioned my sword up high, near my shoulders. Sideways, pointing and aiming my blade with complete concentration. "Hyaaah!" With quick movement, I swiftly thrusted my blade forward at my enemy. The other "me" tried to dodge, but I got one clean cut on her face. Instead of a straight cut, her face shattered. Small pieces of glass fell onto the ground, and I as grew closer to them, I realize the shattered pieces were parts of a mirror-- Glass. I then looked up at her.

"I'm pretty sure by now, who the real Teresa is." The other me touched the side of her face, where little cracks appeared, not big, but small. "That..That doesn't change a single thing." The other me said, in a deeply furious tone. The cracks from her from her face started to leak out with black mist-- and it started to make a huge shield of some sort. But, it was only to her right. As the shield was to form, multiple arrows were shooted from the right, directly aiming at the other me. Her black mist protected her from the arrows, and bent them. I stared up, and once again ran forward with my blade. The black mist of course protected her, but it never bended my blade. I kicked the mist with my left foot, causing some of it to shatter apart. And opening on her stomach..! "Not so fast copycat.." The black mist took ahold on my body, and then I was placed to the left. "Tch..What is this?!" I screamed out.

"TERESA!" With a sudden scream from Alisa, I noticed arrows coming in my way. I closed my eyes, as I didn't want to look at Alisa screaming in horror if my death was upon me.

"No. I won't allow it."

"Huh..?" A matured, female voice was heard. "W-who..Who goes there..?!" I shout, still having my eyes closed. "Do not fret. For I am only your blade." M-my blade..? That's absurd..A blade cannot simply talk..! "I know what you are thinking child. But you must trust me. It's important." I open my eyes slowly. I became shocked at what I see. A bunch of arrows. Right in front of my face. But they were all frozen into place.. I was able to move freely. "Over here, Teresa." I looked down at my blade, which was glowly a bright, white mist color.

"Now that you have recongnized me, I must tell you something important." I held the blade handle tightly, as I listen closely. "Okay." I said. "Right now I have twisted both time and space. Just for a limited of time. But long enough to tell you what's happening. If you remember your other you, she said something about slaying a dragon, in the Legendary Tales book." The Legendary Tales book..? Oh. That old book that was in shreds. "Yes. That book. It is filled with stories of what the previous knights have done, and what the world did to repay or respect them." "Ah.." I sighed. "Though, you must not always follow the book. It says that each chapter that is either followed or not, the next one would have to be the opposite. If the first chapter was to be followed, the second one must not." I nodded my head, still a bit confused.

"Though, the chapter before yours, was followed." I gasp, suddenly letting all the words and information sink in. "So..Killing the dragon isn't supposed to happen..? Killing Agnea won't happen..?" I start to smile, but then after a few minutes, I realized I was hugged my sword. My freaking sword. Creepy. I let go, and laughed nervously. "....So do not fear, as these words will not be a nightmare. The only nightmare is the second you. You must prevent her from trying to kill Agnea, which shall be a hard task." I seem to grip on the handle of my sword harder, wanting to know more. "I know you must wonder how, but I'm sorry. You shall only know when the time is right. You haven't regained your memories enough to remember this vital piece to help you. All I can say is, after your battle, look in the woods. Someone-- Or something is hiding there, watching your every single move.

Strike while you're out of the other Teresa's grip." Time started to slowly start, but I took my chance and slashed a hand. I felt a tremendous power in doing so, since I only used little strength in this strike. As time went back to normal, I smirked. "Teresa's" hand fell to the ground, shattering into pieces of glass, shocked, she let out a scream. "ARGHHHHHHH! YOU LITTLE--" She was too furious to know arrows were still coming. And they hit her. One to the right shoulder, and the other two in both sides of the lungs. The arrows and glass pieces fell to the ground, shattering into dust. "..Rrgh.. Time to retreat..Just you wait, Teresa. Intwo months, I'll become stronger and defeat that beautiful reward to glory. Until then.. Become stronger and impress me more. We'll have a showdown on who's stronger." The black mist surrounded her, and then vanished, into thin air. Archers from the sides started to pull their strings of those bows. "Omega Frost!" A certain girly voice cried. Alisa, no doubt. She smiled as her staff blew a small blizzard at the archers, causing their bodies to freeze. She lowered her staff. And her smile quickly turned into a frown. I walked up to her. "Alisa..?"

She ran up to me, tears filled, arms held out. She jumped in mid-air, and cried her hardest. "I..I thought.. I was gonna lose...M-my friend..!" She cried. I patted her head, with a smile. "There there.." After a few minutes of comforting, I started to look up at the pure blue sky, and the huge dragon Agnea flying happily. Become stronger in two months, she said. Oh, I will. Be prepared for it. That reminds me.. I stared into the woods. She said someone, or something was staring at me during battle. I walked towards the woods, until I heard a quiet "Eep".

I looked into the woods, and saw smoke. Then, a blue cute creature appeared. It was a small mouse like creature.. Almost like the majestic fictional creature, Pirachu. "Have you been watching us, little guy..?" I picked it up. It nodded. "What's your name?" I asked. The mini-Pirachu spoke with a girly voice. "Azure.. Azure Lighthood." A boy name..? But.. But Azure sounds kinda like a girl name.. "I know what you're thinking. I am no female, miss. I am the Prince of the Lighthood Kingdom.. Or.. So I think so." Suddenly, smoke appeared again once more. As the smoke thins, a handsome young man with brunnette hair, messy, yet cute, aqua eyes, and a bright blue and white outfit. "I'm guessing this proves so." He spoke in a more manlier voice, deepened and more male like. Strange. I then see Alisa's cheeks flushed in some pink. But I will admit, this fellow is a bit dashing. "I'm guessing you've seen me. During battle, I mean." Telling him my sword told me.. He might think I would be insane. I nodded, playing along with his answer. "I'll be joining your journey if you don't mind." He looked to the side. "Okay, sure. But why?" I asked. "You're walking along these roads if I am correct. I'm...Looking for my mother who wandered off here. It's been about 12 days since she has. Or so it says here." He looks into a book. "What is that?" Alisa asked before I could. "My journal. I woke up to find it lying on my chest. I was taking a rest in the forest. Under a tree." I stared a bit into the boy's face. "Hey-- Azure. Your eyes are really red, and you have baggage under-neath." I say. "...Probably lack of sleep." He said. "How do you know? You woke up in the middle of no where." We both laughed, and agreed Azure should come along.

~Azure's POV~

Standing behind Teresa, and in front of Alisa, we walked. Laughing at their jokes.

Azure..

Azure...? I'm sorry.

I turned my head behind me. I saw a glimpse of brown hair.. But it soon faded, as it was only a slight flashback. "Azure? What's wrong?" Alisa asked me. "...Nothing." I continued to walk, still feeling like I was being watched. In a parently way.. It felt calming..
