Waterfall Deep

---3 Weeks Later---

Its been three weeks since the 2 couples moved into Greendale.. and it just keeps getting creepier and creepier.. 

---Maddy POV---

Me and Victoria were going around the village trying to find some where to eat when we heard a sudden scream from across the village. We thought nothing of it and just assumed it was a little kid falling over or something like that.

We carried on walking and then we finally found a little cafe called 'The Blue' at the other end of the village. It was small and cute and looked like it was quite popular, so we entered and then went to find a seat and then order later.

Victoria: My feet are killing me.

Maddy: Same.. at least we can relax now.

Victoria: Yeah I am just happy th-

Maddy: Hey! Look!

I point towards the little TV screen that is attached to the small wall on the corner of the cafe. It reads 'BRAKING NEWS! Girl Swallowed By The Waterfall just this morning in the local village!! Hasn't Happened In Years!' It then shows a small clip of a man but in the background you hear the scream of her voice.

Whispers and Voices of gossip filled the cafe with talk of the missing girl. But the only thing me and Victoria cared about was the whole "Hasn't Happened In Years!"  bit..

Victoria: Hey wait.. isn't that the scream we heard?..

Maddy: I think so..

Victoria: Creepy..

Maddy: What did they mean by hasn't happened in years?

Victoria: I know! Meaning this HAS happened before!

Maddy: Weird... Anyways how can you even get swallowed by a waterfall? Her parents must have not be watching her. Idiots..

Victoria: I know.. some parents?..

Maddy: It sounds interesting though I kind of want to find out what happened for her to be sucked down into the river though..

Victoria: She was probably walking to close to the edge of the cliff and slipped down.

Maddy: Maybe but in this town..? Maybe its more then that..

Victoria: I like what you are getting at.

Me and Victoria order some food and carry on talking for about half an hour and then we decide it would be nice to check out the little library next door that we saw well coming in here.

We entered and started to gaze around the shelfs and I had my eyes on many different books as we trailed up and down the library until we stopped when we suddenly reached a un-named section of the building. I was running my fingers on the edges of the old rustic books when one caught my attention...

I picked it up and it read 'Waterfall Deep':
