The music pounded hazily, like the steady drumming of a heartbeat thumping in your ears as adrenaline pounds through your veins. The flashing strobe light at the side of the glimmering pool made Camila's head spin as she twisted and shook her tanned body, lifting her butt high in the air and shaking it hard. Alcohol flowed into her brain and made her vision blurry, head pound and limbs sprawl sloppily. The green-eyed girl behind her butt danced with her hands in the air and ivory lids closed in pleasure, masking the emerald orbs beneath the thin slice of skin.

Head pounding. Body falling. Was she on the floor? She couldn't see. A cold surface pressed against her cheek.

"Camila? Oh god Camila... you've had way too much to drink!" A distant, raspy voice suddenly broke through the steady, electronic beat from the stereo, catching Camila's attention and drawing the small girl closer to the source of the noise like the moon draws the midnight ocean. It was familiar... soft and friendly.

"Lauren! Is that you? I've not had too much to drink just help me stand up and we can keep dancing!" Camila's said... well... she meant to say. But the words formed a jumble in her intoxicated brain and her tongue felt like a warm, wet slug in her mouth, blocking her airways, and she ended up saying 'Laur... laur issaa? No drhavaocb helsbsisbaa kebsosjaa daaaancowbeoe!" The words slurring sloppily. The small girl felt a pair of cool, strong hands suddenly under her armpits, and once again the world was spinning by as she was lifted from the ground. She liked the ground. It was cold. It was smooth. Like Lauren.

"Oh my god, Cabello... you're a lightweight!" The green-eyed girl burst into a fit of laughter, as Camila draped her small body over Lauren, her limbs hanging lazily around her and her head lolling forward. The small girl couldn't feel anything... she could barely think or see... but the only thing on her mind was a glowing pair of emerald eyes floating in the hazy lights of the party before her.

She wanted those eyes.
That body.
Those lips...

The electronic, glowing world around her had turned into a mere ocean of noise and bright lights, and the small girl's whole body was as light as a feather. She could feel arms on her back. She felt like she was floating. A distant voice was laughing throatily.

"Yeah... she's smashed! I'll just take her to my room so she can sleep it off!" Lauren's voice giggled throatily in the depths of the unfamiliar, hazy world that was spinning around Camila and she felt her limp arm reach out into the void.

"I'ma no drunk!" She cried stubbornly, her eyes not even open to bother to see who the person that Lauren was chatting to.

It didn't take long, but as Camila continued to float through the Scarlett reds, cobalt blue and neon green, the more she floated, the dimmer the lights became and the quieter the music was. The party around her melted away, until the music was a mere pounding noise in the distance. Or was that her head? Yes it was... her brain was thumping. She suddenly felt a warm, cushiony material on her back and her body suddenly became heavy as she hit the comforting ground beneath her with a thump. The forest green eyes were there again.

"Camila... shall I made you some coffee?" Lauren's voice chuckled, as the green eyes girl watched Camila lolled sloppily on her bed in her hotel room, the small girl's eyes flirting open and closed and a slur of nonsense coming from her mouth.

"No coff... I want a cock!" Camila cried, her voice breaking from the alcohol. Suddenly, the small girl burst into a fit of giggles at her own words. Lauren glared at her in surprise. "Not cock! COCKTAIL!" The small girl giggled sloppily through drunken hiccups, and her head swam as the green eyes reappeared again... Lauren was lying on the bed next to her. "Are you gonna have sex with me?"

"What!?" Lauren suddenly spluttered, leaping from the bed in shock and glaring at the small, intoxicated girl who was giggling loudly once again.

"Me and you in bed!" Camila was loudly saying to herself, and Lauren bit her lip in... exhilaration? The alcohol swimming in Camila's head has suddenly given her a burst of confidence... she wanted to kiss Lauren... to fuck her... to feel every single cell in her body.

Camila lay there for a while with Lauren simply glaring at her, until eventually the green-eyed girl lay back next to her, flicking off the light in the room as they both settled down for the night in their makeup and their soaking wet bikinis. Camila wouldn't give up.

"Kissimmee!" The small girl yelled, suddenly grabbing a pillow with her heavy arms and throwing it at the green-eyed girl, aiming for Lauren's head but missing and hitting herself in the face instead. "Ow!" The small girl cried, giggling to herself once again.

"Camila Cabello... do I really look like the kind of person who would take advantage of a drunk girl?" Lauren sighed, pulling the sheet up close to her emerald eyes and trying to turn away from the persistent, younger girl. "You probably don't wanna even kiss me... it's just the alcohol talkin.." She began, but was suddenly cut off when Camila leapt forward and threw herself across the older girl's body.

"NO! Kissimeeee!" She sang in an operatic tone, and Lauren couldn't help but laugh loudly this time at the smaller girl's new-found confidence.

Camila wasn't going to stop until Lauren obeyed.

"Fine... Camila... if it will shut you up and make you sleep then here..." The green-eyed girl said, and suddenly, the hazy world around Camila closed in and darkness surrounded her, until suddenly, a pair of soft lips and cool hands touched her face and her heart exploded. The force and passion of Lauren's kiss was stronger than the alcohol in Camila's blood, veins and head and the small girl's already twisting stomach jolted as she realised the tenderness of the older girl's lips. The kiss only lasted a few seconds, but in that brief moment, Camila was switched back into soberness so quickly that ever moment became suddenly clear and vivid.

She hoped that she would remember this in the morning.
