Chapter 19

[a/n] Told you I'd update again today!!!!!!!!!!!!! haha I'm currently typing up Chapter 20 and that should be up tomorrow :) To me this chapter kind of sucks...idk. Let me know what you think?

Zayn's P.O.V.

I sat alone for about an hour before deciding to skype Anna. I needed to hear it from her. It rings twice before she picks up, "Zayn! Thank God".

I don't even try to smile, "Why Anna? Just answer me that. Why?"

Her smile drops, "I was stupid Zayn. I have ...". She stops.

"You have what?"

"I have trust issues. All past relationships ended with guys leaving me or cheating on me. After it being a month and you not asking me to be your girlfriend yet, I got worried".

"So you flirted with the next guy you saw? Do you no know how much I love you? I wouldn't have walked up to a random girl and flirted with her if I didn't feel something for her".

"Zayn", she starts to cry, "I love you. I'm sorry I wasn't faithful, I was just jealous".

I'm confused, "Jealous of what? And of who?"

"Of Katerina! She already has Niall but you two talk so much also. She's so close to you and I don't like it. I was jealous of how much you two talked and how much you have in common. When you left it felt like you were sadder to leave her than me". She has stopped crying but is still upset and actually sounding sincere.

"Anna, I love you too and only you. I love you. Kat is just my friend, I swear. Just, Anna would you want to be my girlfriend?"

Her faces lights up, "Yes, Zayn! I'd love to be your girlfriend. Ummm how's the tour?"

"It's great. So many fans and it'll be better when you're here", I smile. So happy they could come sooner, all thanks to Kat.

I hear someone cal her name, "Hey I've got to go. Girls and I are having a movie night...it's to help with Kat and I. I promise to be nicer. Bye Zayn". With that the connection ends.

　

Kat's P.O.V.

Anna's been upstairs for a while now, leaving a confused Jake at our kitchen table. "Jake are you going to be okay?"

He nods, "I think so. But why did she lie? I would never want to steal some ones girl". He looks up at me.

She told him how she's been dating Zayn and just felt lonely. I felt bad for the boy, "I don't really know, friend. I wish I had to answer, I know you really liked her".

He looks at me like I'm crazy, "Yeah I thought she was pretty and outgoing but I hardly knew her, so I can't say I really liked her. Also she was, supposedly, the single one".

I'm shocked, "Wait so you're not hurt by this? Just confused?"

He nods again, "Yeah basically. I will tell you one thing though either Zayn's crazy or he really likes her".

I laugh, "Actually I think it's both. I don't know how he likes her so much...she seems kind of fake. One minute she's nice the next she's a bitch. But I have to be nice because Zayn's my best friend".

He shrugs, "Best friend or not, it shouldn't matter. If I were Zayn I wouldn't let her treat you like that".

I hug him , "Aww friend!". He laughs and hugs me back.
