Priya went near table, took one file in her hands & stood in front of judge- respected judge, these a file.. iss Mai aapko, phone bill milenge jo, meri pehli Shaadi hone ke baad se lekar Mera divorce hone tak ke bills hai, usske baad jab Mr. Mani Verma ghar par nahi rehte the, tab Mai ghar par Kya karti thi, iss baat ke kuch proofs hai, with video, when Mr. Mani Verma started doubt on me, he actual fit spy cam in the house… when I was pregnant, he was kept a physical relation with me.. continually… some reports are in that file, doctor ne har check up ke baad yahi kaha tha, physical relation naa rakhe, that's harm for baby, he was kept unwanted physical relation with me in pregnancy time.. next report hai, he was mentally harras me for so many things.. next report is miscarriage… uss report me ek point highlight kiya hai.. yeh miscarriage kaise hua tha.. & on my body, how many small injuries.. aur next paper FIR against him.. why I filled that.. why I got mental attach.. whenever I was alone…

Priya again forward one envelope to judge- aur yeh abhi ke reports hai, Meri aur Ram Kapoor ke Shaadi hone se pehle ke, Maine Meri mental stability check ki hui, aur iss current report me yeh likha hai, I'm perfectly fine, tabhi Maine yeh Shaadi ki.. aur ab Mai Ram Kapoor yaane peehu ke papa ko yaha bulana chahti hun..

Judge- granted..

Ram came in box & stood..

Priya- jab aapki Shaadi ki baat chal rahi thi tab aapne kuch swal puche honge, right..

Ram- haan..

Shah interrupt- iss ka iss case se kya relation..

Priya smile- bahot baada hai..

Shah- jaise ke aapko pyar hua aur aapne Shaadi ki..

Priya smile- shah ji thoda sa sabar, wait kijiye..

Judge- shah ji plz aap interrupt naa Kare, aapko bhi muka milega..

Shah sit on his chair..

Priya- Ram Kapoor ji aapki Shaadi kaise hui aur kab hui..

Ram- Meri maa chahti thi ki Meri Shaadi ho, aur Meri beti peehu woh, she accepted Priya as her mother.. jab Shaadi ki baat chal rahi thi, tab Priya ne maana kiya tha Shaadi ke liye.. after so much effort she accept to marry me..

Priya- what's the date of marriage..

Ram- 25th may..

Priya- respected judge, aapke paas Mera mental stability ka report hai, uss par date kuch 7 din pehle ki hai, 17th may.. yeh report aane tak Maine Shaadi ke liye haan nahi kaha tha.. I can't trust on myself also.. kiu ki 5 saal ki bacchi ki baat thi..

Shah interrupt- yeh case ek biological father ka hai..

Priya smile & say- I'm sorry to say you shah ji, aapne hi mere past ko iss case me laaya.. aur Mai kaise peehu ke liye acchi maa nahi hun yeh sabit karne ke piche lage toh, unfortunately hi sahi mujhe yeh sab karna pada, yehi sabit karne ke liye.. ke aap galat hai.. yeh case sirf biological ka father hai.. naa ke mere past ka..

Judge- iss case ka faisla agali hiring me hoga.. the court is adjacent for the day.. & they give them next date..

Shah came near them- kabhi nahi soch tha, ek doctor iss lawyer ko ussi ke court room chup Kara sakti hai..

Priya hold Rams hand, entwine her fingers with him & said- yeh case mere beti ka hai, kisi ko bhi jitne ka haq nahi hai.. sirf mere aur peehu ke papa ka haq hai yeh case jitne ka.. peehu ke papa Ram Kapoor ka ok.. Mr. Shah & she forward her hand towards him..

In car, Ram & Priya alone, all family members went before them..

Ram- fabulous Priya, I won't believe, woh shah ek dum chup hoga..

Priya only smile..

Ram- bas ab next hiring then all over, peehu always be with us..

Priya- she never ever live without us, tension mat lijiye..

Priya- tension nahi hai, lekin woh Mani, uss insan par thoda sa bhi vishwaas nahi hai, woh kuch bhi kar sakta hai, kuch bhi..

Ram- Priya agar reeti hoti toh kya hota..

Priya- kisi baare me..

Ram- uss Mani ke baare me, usse woh..

Priya interrupt him mid- she kill him on the spot.. jis tarah se.. Jo court me hua, usse dekh kar toh woh court se izzat leti, ek khoon maafi ka..

Ram smile & say- pagal thi na tumhari dost reeti..

Priya- pagal word kuch bhi nahi hai usske samne..

Ram- hmm..

Priya- aaj reeti hoti toh yeh sab nahi hota..

Ram- again you went in that guilty zone…

Priya- jab tak iss case ki jeet hasil nahi hoti tab tak, yeh sab hota hi rahega..

Ram’s cell ring- Priya plz pick up that call..

Priya pick that call- haan peehu..

Peehu- when you reach to home..

Priya- everything is ok baccha..

Peehu- haan mumma..

Priya- phir kya baat hai..

Peehu- Dadi, Mau & Mamu reached home & you both not came, so I call you.

. Papa kaha par hai..

Priya- drive kar rahe hai.. we reach home with in minutes..

Peehu- mom..

Priya- hmm, bolo..

Peehu- jaldi ghar aao aap, aapko ek baat bolni hai..

Priya- ok, you start counting 1 to 50 ok..

Peehu- ok & she end the call..

Priya look out of window car- Ram jaldi se car side me lijiye..

Ram- what happen & he stop car near path..

Priya came out from car, Ram also came out from car & asked- Kya baat hai..

Priya little heavy tone- woh dekhiye..

Ram look & got little shocked- yeh ho kya raha hai..

Priya- kuch samjh nahi aa raha hai..

Ram- ek Kam karte hai, hum abhi ghar jaate hai, phir yeh sort karte hai..

Priya- haan, ek minute & she click pic & went towards home..
