Knock knock knock, U hear the door. U raise ur head up and look at he alarm clock. Power must've gone out. "AHHHH SHIT!" u yell and run for the door. Jens standing there with Josh. "I'm so sorry my alarm didn't ring and-" "shhh it's okay! We can take care of this," she says with a smile and turns to josh, " hey josh well meet you at the luau in 20 min, k?" "ya, haha, ok," he says relieved he didn't have to stick around to help you find something to wear. "ok, I'll help you, let's get started!" she looks around the room, "music helps me go faster, I'm goin to turn on the radio." "o, ok," u say. She hits the on the button and Ass Back Home starts pounding through the speakers. "I left the keys under the mat to our front doooooo o o o o or for one more chance to hold you close. And OO o o o o o where ya goin? Just get your ass back home." u sing out, forgetting that Jen was there and you blush. "OMGGGGG!!" Jen squeals, "your voice is AMAAAAAZING!!" "o, haha, um, thanks," you say blushing. "k, now let's get you ready!" she looks through the closet and pulls out a flowery patterned halter top and cute cuttoffs and dark blue Abercrombie flip flops with flowers on the straps. Jens wearing a similar outfit, "come on get dressed! Let's go party!" she says. U get dressed and look in the mirror. "you look great! Perfect-.... But you might want to wipe the dried slivia off ur cheek." she says biting her lip. You laugh ebarresed, "haha o ya! Thanks Jen" "no problem! Now let's goooo!!" she grabs ur hand and you guys run down to the elevator and take it to the top floor. The higher u get to the top, the more the elevator vibrates from the Katy perry song that's blasting upstairs. You smooth down your hair and get off the elevator. The party's already in full swing. Cause that's just how we do," the people sing and call Jen over. Jen grabs your arm "lets go!" she takes you to the center of the huge dancing mass. Everyone immediately realizes you and Jen are together like friends so everyone is so nice to you. You get a couple jealous glares from the girls around you as they eye you and Jen dancing together. One girl shoves your arm and you stagger, "wow someone's drunk," the girl remarks. "shutup," you say glaring at her. "bitch I wouldn't act that way. I won't put up with it. I could get your butt kicked off this island within seconds. So watch your back. " she sneers and sticks her nose in the air and walks away. Three other girls shove past you to join her. Jen looks at you, "hey, um, let's get a drink, ok?" "sure," you say gratefully following her off the dance floor and away from the crowd. "who was that??" You burst out as soon as your out of earshot from everyone else. "SHHH y/n!" Jen says looking around, "that was the directors GIRLFRIEND!! Well not catos- hes really not a director, but he likes to think of himself as one-And everything she said was true!- except the part about you being a bitch of course." Jen says ,"her name is angela. You better be nice to her or else your life as a movie star is over." Josh spots you guys from the other side of the room and walks over," what's up guys?" "angela is an ass," you say glaring at Angelas back as she and some guy make out in a corner. Josh just cracks up," haha so I guess you've met her? Yeaaaa we all hate her." he says then looks at Jen. "wow. You look.. S-s-stunning" I laugh as Jens cheeks color and she smiles at the ground. A slow song starts to play. "uh.... *cough *cough" u make coughing noises looking at josh but he dosent notice because he's still staring at Jen with a starstruck look on his face. U elbow him in the ribs, "josh!" "ooo o o...uhh.. What did u say?" he says. Akwardly you notice the music has paused and everyone's eyes are on you, Jen, and josh. "ask her before this gets any more akward...." you whisper. "um-uh-j-j-Jen? Um uh well uh.... Would you like to dance with me?" he stammers out sweat dotting his forehead. "sure but-" she looks at you like she feels bad for leaving you, "go!!" u cry and push them onto the dance floor. Everyone whoops and cheers, "WHOOOO!" "YOU FINALLY DID IT!" people roar clapping josh on the back as the music resumes and they start slow dancing. Everyone gethers around them in a circle and you see the happy look on Jens face and josh looks like he's about to die of happiness. You pull out your iPhone and take a picture of the couple and smile at how happy they look.
