I finally got to my room after a three hour fight with my dad. I checked my phone I see a text from Max "I did it" finally no more whining about "what ifs" I heard my dad leave. I walk downstairs when the phone rings I pick it "Hello is this Lily swan?" A woman asked "Yes this is she" I said back "I have very good news for you. You got accepted in to Washington university. Congrats" The woman said. I said in the calmest tone I could muster "thanks that's awesome. Thanks for calling." Then I hung up the phone. I can't believe I got in. I called my mom "Hey can you and dad come home right now. I have GREAT news to tell you guys" She said "ok" and hung up then I group texted Ashlen Cody and Max. "GUYS I GOT IN!!!!!!!" Then not even two seconds later I gotta call from Cody. "You got in" she screamed. Then I told her everything not leaving a single detail out. Cody was super happy. But after all the happiness we realized I would have to leave. My mom and dad came home. We sat down in the family room. "Hey so I have some news." I said very awkwardly "so I went to interview at Washington University And I gotta call and I got in." My dad and mom looked as they were in shock. "Listen I will pay you back. I promise but you I have a better chance if I get a good job. Let's face it serving table isn't exactly making me rich." My dad finally spoke up "ok fine. When do you have to be there?" He asked. "Next week" I said "ok" my said very happy " I will go to the store and get boxes. You too start packing." Then she grabbed her keys and left. "Dad please I will pay you back. I swear on my life" he looked up "don't swear on your life cause if for some reason you don't pay me back I will have to kill you and I don't want do that before you finally go to collage" we laughed. "I just wanted the best. I never meant to keep you back. Please don't hate me" I shook my head "I know dad. Give me a couple months and you will be all payed back every penny" then we started packing. It was a long week. But then that day finally came. I spent the night with Ashlen max and Cody. It was very emotional. "Bye" max hugged me. "Make us proud collage gal" Ashley hugged me and said her goodbyes. Cody and me had said good bye earlier. I got on the plane.
