We headed to the train station since I didn't want to walk because I was so exhausted. After half-an-hour, the train comes to a stop at the station closest to my house. Ciel is the first to step out of the train and I follow behind him.

"So, where's your house?" he asks as I get off the train.

"This way. Follow me." I say as I start walking. We walk in silence to my home. It's not very far from the train station.

As we arrive at the house, I notice that the front door is open.

It can't be my mother since she left to New York this morning.

I was standing there thinking to myself as Ciel was wondering about the door, too.

"Why is the door to your house open?" Ciel asks as he walks closer toward the door.

"I don't know. I remember locking it this morning before I left to school in the morning." I say as I also make my way to the door.

"Probably my mother came back for something and forgot to lock the door."

"That makes sense. She is always busy now-a-days." My mom can be forgetful at times like these. Either way, we walked inside the house.
